I could feel my bare feet getting numb from the cold metal ground, the breezy weather causing my hair to fly around my face.
I was standing on the Mapo Bridge, 60 feet in the air, cars were going by, strangers screaming at me from behind. If I don't jump now, I don't think I'll have another chance to.
I close my eyes.
And let myself fall.
Freezing water slowly enter my lungs, will this finally be my way to freedom?
It's cold.
...I wake up.
Letting my tired eyes scan the room in front of me with a blurry vision as I hear a voice shouting from outside the door."How long has he been like that? He hasn't told me anything..."
It's my mom.
She's crying, for some reason."Please calm down miss, we'll make sure he gets the help he needs as soon as he wakes up".
The muffled voice of a man was heard thru the door. The door was abruptly opened.
"M-MINHO! My baby..."
My mother cried, rushing to me and getting on her knees next to my bed.
"IM SORRY. I'm so so sorry"
She held my hand and squeezed it tightly, as tears continued running down her cheeks. Why is she apologizing?
She knows it's not her fault.I was admitted out of the hospital at around 10 PM.
The doctor recommended a psychiatrist to my mom, but I knew I will not hear about that offer again, she couldn't afford it anyway, and it's not like the government cared enough to pay for another suicidal high school student.
The car ride home was quiet, my mother's swollen eyes shifting towards my direction from time to time.
"I'm sending you to a new school starting tomorrow".
She said out of the blue, her eyes still looking at the road ahead.-
"Han Jisung? Anyone here named Han Jisung?"
The teacher called.Jisung was sitting in class, zoning out as per usual when Changbin tapped his shoulder.
Jisung shook his head and stood up, making the chair creek loudly from the sudden motion."HERE! Ah, I'm here..."
He slowly sat back down, embarrassed as his classmates were whispering around him. They were making fun of him, for sure.Jisung frowned looking down at his shaky hands.
"Calm down, I'm sure it'll be fine".
Changbin whispered to him, putting his arm over his shoulder.Jisung nodded and Changbin sighed, turning his gaze back to the teacher.
Today is the first day of school, he hoped to start on a good note.
But I guess that's not happening.
When is it ever?Jisung has severe anxiety, and with no one who knows how to handle that in the correct way- it would turn into anxiety attacks, and bad ones.
Everyone made fun of him for that since elementary school,
his only real friends were Felix, Seungmin, Chan and Changbin, and even they were more successful socially-wise......well maybe expect for Seungmin.Felix is popular for obvious reasons.
Deep voice, cute face...
a clear extrovert with an adorable smile that has a lot of friends mixed with beating up bullies for fun seems to work well.Changbin is buff and handsome, best of both worlds I guess.
he goes to the gym almost everyday and gets any girl he wants with the snap of his fingers, I mean, seriously, even you.
