she sighed as she looked at the study guide on the laptop. it was for her math class, she hated math with a passion. worse subject to ever exist. Iyana despises the word and its lessons with every single atom of hers.
resting her head gently on the keyboard, turning her head to the side, and looking out the window. two birds were sitting there, watching directly in her eyes but she was too tired to do anything. That damn subject had drained her out.
till her phone rang, adjacent to her laptop, she exhaustedly picked it up. her head jolted up at the sight of the caller id. she fixed her hair with her hand as it was requesting a Facetime call. looking at the small mirror on the corner of her desk. she chose to answer the call from him because she looked decent enough
"Hey, Iyana!" Haechan exclaimed, waving his hand on the other side
"Hi Haechan!" she greeted back with a smile
"Why did you call me?" she asked as she placed her phone on a cup, showing the upper half of her body
"Oh, are you busy now?" he questioned lowering his camera
"not just finishing up some assignments, why?" she asked
"I'll send you the location then!" he said, hanging up before anything could escape her mouth
her face was painted with a confused expression, as he sent a location to her. with the following message, "Come I have a surprise for you :)" She stared at the message for another minute before getting out of the house to the given address.
"Mom I'm going somewhere with a friend," she yelled out as she closed the front door of her home
She looked down at her phone to check the GPS. till her eyes sparkled at hanging lights in the distance. glancing back at her phone, that was the location Haechan had shared with her. hesitantly she made her way.
It was revealed that it was a public basketball court with hanging lights on the four lights that were on each corner of that basketball court. in the middle was a blue sheet with a picnic basket in the middle filled with food to the brim. plates and drinks adjacent to the wooden basket
"oh I didn't expect you to come so quickly," Haechan commented, running toward the girl
"What is this?" she questioned with a smile
"I did this for you and me," he answered, nodding his head proudly
"How long did it take?" she asked enthusiastically
"Only an hour," he admitted, scratching his nape
"you didn't have to do all of this," she answered, looking him in the eyes. not able to take her eyes off him. It seemed like he was running around because seeing the Lee boy sweaty was something she needed to see, he was too fine
