Childhood Friends Reunited!

The Beginning!

You had a special power, no one else did, you could sense people's chakra levels, also levels of power and energy.

You and Neji weren't exactly friends, but you two knew each other well during the time you are in the academy.

Your best friends were Sakura and Ino.

You knew Naruto, he was a good friend, but usually if you had to be someone's partner it would be Ino or Sakura.

Ino and Sakura loved Sasuke Uchiha, you didn't really under stand why they liked him so much, you found him as an outcast, someone who was always by himself.

When the time came for the students to be put on teams, you were sleeping at the time, but woke up as he said your name, luckily first.

"(y/n) (l/n), Neji Hyuga, Rock Lee, and Tenten. This team will have four, due to the fact of passing students this time around."

'My team isn't that bad, I shouldn't have to worry, plus if they were bad our sensei would do something about it.' You said to yourself as you drifted off to sleep again.

"(y/n)!" Iruka sensei yelled.

Your head shot up.
"Yes?"

"I am about to say something important, it would be nice if you'd stop being so lazy for once."

You nodded, but in your head you were throwing kunais at him.

"You are to go out in the hall when I tell your squad, to go meet your new sensei."

You waited, there was no point in sleeping if there was not going be enough time.

Finally Iruka sensei said, "Tentens squad, squad 8 please evacuate into the hallway."

You got up and went into the hall, meeting your sensei, Guy.

~~4 YEARS LATER~~

Now, you were in the land of wind, doing a mission for the 3rd hokage, that now that there was a new hokage, had no meaning what-so-ever.
Your mission was to get back a stolen scroll,
Finally you had complete the mission, heading back to the leaf village, nearly dead.

Almost home right by the gates, you came across a squad, someone with long hair, you knew was Neji, but didn't say anything he didn't seem to recognize you, a boy with Blonde hair, and a girl that has the same eyes as Neji.

You stopped walking, your vision blurry, you fainted.

You were awake but didn't open your eyes, you were way too tired.

"Will she be okay?!" You heard a boy say.

"Not certain, let's bring her to Lady Hokage." You heard Neji say, his voice was deeper than usual.

You fell asleep once again, you awoke in a hospital, a lady with blonde hair, and a diamond on her forehead releasing chakra onto your stomach, where you had gotten injured with a scythe. You had a bandage around your stomach.

"She's awake, that should be enough for now."
The lady said.

The lady introduced herself, and you told her about the scroll.
She told you that when you were given permission by the nurse, to come by her room.
