We left the diner and went back by Christian's house so he could pick up some clothes for a few days, we had decided to go 'camping' in some woods. We had found our very own secret cave that is more like a hole in the ground, we had stayed in there before so we knew it would work for a few days at least. We were really careful with our scents because that would be how our packs would track us.

When we finally hiked out to the cave/hole in the ground it was dark and nobody had noticed we were gone yet. We threw our stuff in the cave and decided to go for a run. I shifted into my little, lithe silver and brown wolf while Christian shifted into his bulky dark brown wolf. I stalked over towards him and licked his muzzle, "Want to play tag?" He asked through our mind link.

"Sure, catch me if you can." I teased him and took off in a full out sprint, he followed close behind but because he was larger and built for fighting I was much faster then him and left him in my dust.

 We found a beautiful lake and rested there for a while. I watched Christian chase rabbits and raccons while i swam and relaxed under a Willow tree. He trotted over to me and nudged my head i rolled over and nipped at his paws, he jumped on top of me and we wrestled around under the stars. I finally wiggled out from under him and ran off through the woods again, I stopped in a clearing and looked around, I couldn't see Christian anymore. "Christain?" I mind-linked him, looking around frantically. All of a sudden he burst through the underbrush and pinned me beneath him nipping at my ears. "Caught you." He mind-linked back, giving me a wolfish grin.

When we returned to the cave it was almost sunrise, we had ran all night long. We crawled under the blanket he brought and he held me tight, I fell asleep almost instantly curled up on my mates chest while he played with my hair and whispered promises about our future. Christian was up until after sunrise and took a picture of me sleeping, it was our first night spent together and he had a plan for our first anniversary present already.

By the time I woke up it was late evening and I was starving, I rolled over to find Christian asleep still, I decided the best way to wake him up would be a kiss on the lips. As I leaned over him his eyes open and he lifted up meeting my mouth with his, "Morning Beautiful," he murmured against my mouth hungrily devouring his sweet kisses and turning them into long, and passionate ones. "Morning," I murmured unintelligibly in between kisses. I could now hear my stomach growling and I guess so could he from the smirk he sent me.

When we went out for 'breakfast' that 'morning' we went into town, avoiding the diner completely. I was still afraid of running into someone from the pack so we went with drive-thru fast food and took it back to our little hole in the ground. As we were enjoying our food we listened to the sounds around us, "Hey babe?" Christian asked startling me a little bit. 

"Yeah? What is it?" I asked, turning back around to face him. He looked gorgeous sitting in the sunlight poking through the canopy above. His slid his gaze over to me meeting my curious look, "Would you like to go for a swim?" He asked, I listened again to the quiet noises around as and very softly heard the sound of the waterfall in the distance. 

"Yes I would quite love to take a swim, but I didn't pack a swimsuit." I told him, I was an idiot for not thinking of that possibility. But then again, who would think of going swimming when running away from home with their boyfriend? 

"That's alright, didn't you pack underwear?" He asked with a sexy smile that had me melting into the earth. "You could always swim in those." 

"That is a glorious idea Christian, I think I'll do just that." I said with the sexiest smile I could manage.
