Chapter 1

~ 3rd Person POV~

It's extremely common for everyone to assume that by the age of 30, you must be married and start a family. Although in many cases, it doesn't turn out that way

Although society is cruel and not everyone can have that dream. It's always one that's missing and for Kim Taehyung, the marriage and the happiness was missing

Kim Taehyung, a 30-year-old single mom who had two twins daughters, Ellie and Lillie who were six years old

Taehyung was single and not ready to date. Plus, who would date a single mom with two twin daughters? Kim Taehyung had baggage, and he had a ton of it

What happened to his girl's father? Let's just say Taehyung rarely talks about him

He hates hearing his name and will almost throw up when he heard it. His girl's father left them when they were 4 years old and he left without any remorse or pity

~ Flash Back, 2 years ago~

" Ellie baby, did you want your French fries now or do you want to wait till we get home?" Taehyung said pulling out of the McDonalds driveway and heading back to their house

" Can I share my fries with Daddy?" Ellie said looking at her mommy and he nodded his head yes

" Of course you can share your fries with Daddy even though I already got him some " Taehyung said laughing a little and he turned to his other daughter, Lillie

" Baby, do you want your fries now? " Taehyung said smiling at her and she shook her head no while smiling

" No mommy, toy?" Lillie said pointing to the bag. Taehyung nodded his head and grabbed the toy from the bag and handed it to his daughter

" There you so Princess, " Taehyung said smiling and continued to drive home to he could see his Fiancé...the man he thought he was going to spend the rest of his life with

Taehyung happily drove home and parked in his driveway. He turned off the car and looked at his daughters

" Mommy, whose car is that?" Lillie said pointing to the red car that was parked in front of their house. It most definitely wasn't Jimin or Yoongi's car so whos car could it have been

" I don't know baby, maybe a family member is stopping by, " Taehyung said shrugged his shoulders, not thinking too much about it

Taehyung exited the car and got out both of his daughters from their car seats. He handed them their food and they all walked up to the house. He was about to get out his house key until he realized the door was already open

That's weird...

Taehyung shook it off and opened the door all the way and lead his daughters inside. He saw bags on the floor along with some suitcases

" Mommy, is Daddy going somewhere?" Lillie said looking at his mom and Taehyung smiled at him

" Your Daddy is probably packing for another one of his monthly business trips," Taehyung said smiling and telling the girls to go eat their food on the couch

Taehyung placed his belongings down and walked into the kitchen, he put himself a cup of coffee in the microwave and walked into the living room. He looked over and saw his handsome husband walking downstairs with another suitcase

" Hi honey, " Taehyung said walking up to his Fiancé and hugged him. He didn't hug him back and Taehyung looked up at him

" What's wrong? What are all these bags for? Is your business trip lasting a month or something?" Taehyung asked him while laughing a little and his fiancé looked down at him
