HEAD OF DOG

In a terrifying Cordillera town, a severed dog's head wreaks havoc every night around 6 p.m.
So by that time, all the people in that town were in their own places, the windows and doors were closed. Because whoever is licked by the dog's broken head, will have a severe illness that has no cure, and will die in just 24 hours.
Maria is one of the people who live there.
He is currently studying in a public school, in the tenth grade.
The school he attends is still far away from them, he still has to ride a tricycle to the highway, and a passenger jeep to the place he attends.
One day, he came home to hear that their neighbor, Aling Lourdes, had died, because he was said to have been licked by a dog and never recovered.
He felt sad, that maybe one day, he would come home to be licked by one of his family members. He won't let that happen.
The locals are on double alert, and they are preparing for the possible attack of the dog's head.
One day, Maria got out of their school at 5:30 because of the many activities they did. He was getting a little nervous because he knew he couldn't take any more time. So he quickly looked for a jeep to ride. It was a few minutes before a jeep arrived. He begged the driver to speed up. The driver got it, and immediately drove the jeep at high speed.
When he reached the exit towards them, he immediately got on a tricycle. The tricycle driver wasn't about to drop her off when he found out that he was going to drop her off there, but Maria begged hard.
"Sir, please. Even if you don't really let me in, I just really need to get home. Just a few minutes, Manong. Please?” Maria is about to kneel down in begging because this is the only trick available at that time.
"Oh him, okay. I'll take you, but double your fare and I won't go inside anymore." The man was forced to answer.
Maria would have been whining because her allowance for the fare to and from home was just right.
But he couldn't do anything, so he just nodded in response.
Manong quickly started the tricycle. When they reached a remote place, Manong let him down. He didn't want to come down but he couldn't do anything.
Fortunately, he had a small flashlight with him, so he was able to light his way.
He quickened his every step because it was already 6:01 in the evening.
He suddenly turned to the grass when he heard a noise coming from there. He was nervous and walked even faster.
He was close to them when suddenly a severed head of a dog appeared in front of him. His eyes are shining, and it will take a few seconds to attack him. He couldn't move as if the dog was hypnotizing him.
But suddenly his father came. The dog immediately turned to it, which made it even more angry. He immediately licked his father.
Maria could clearly see how the dog licked her father's head. He could only shed tears because he couldn't move.
When the dog finished licking, it immediately disappeared like a bubble, and Maria was still moving. He immediately ran to him father, and did not stop crying.
"You will pay!" Maria shouted furiously, which terrified the people there.
The next day, Maria intended to stay home late, so that she could meet the dog's severed head.
It was 6:30 when he walked home.
He was no longer surprised when the dog's severed head suddenly appeared in front of him, and he prepared for it.
He immediately took out a small knife, and he cut his hand and prepared for the dog to lick it. Someone told him that an old man said that only the blood of a virgin can kill that dog's head.
When the dog was about to lick him, he immediately licked his wounded hand, so it licked his blood which made the dog's head disappear. Little by little, his head burned, until only dust remained. Maria wasn't satisfied yet, she stepped on it thoroughly before she walked home.
