Boom and I started walking towards the beach, which wasn't too far away.

Ugh, he's so cuuute.

There was some silence between us, due to the fact that Branch introduced us in a very awkward way.

"So-um, you're Branch's brother?"
Boom asked me.

"Didn't he tell you when we met?"
I replied in a flirty tone.

I heard Boom chuckle a bit before I heard him whisper something under his breath.
"Heck, you're cute."

"What??"
I asked.

"NOTHING!!! I SAID NOTHING!!!"
Boom exaggeratedly replied.

I don't know. Maybe I'm falling in love.
But. . . . . . I'm scared falling in love once again, every single time that I date someone, I find out that they only dated me for fame, AND IT ALL ENDS UP IN A TRAGIC BREAK UP!!!

"So. . . . . how did you meet Branch?"
I asked Boom.

"BRANCH! BRANCH! BRANCH!!! WHHHY IS HE THE TOPIC OF EVERYTHING?!?! I'VE SEEN MUCH HOTTER MEN IN MY ENTIRE LIFE!!!"
Boom complained.

I blushed, could one of those men. . . . . . be ME?!?!

"You okay??"
Boom asked, he must've seen me blush.

"YEAH!!! I'M OKAY!!! JUST UHHHHHHH THE SUN!!! IT'S ALWAYS SUNNY HERE!!! I'M PROBABLY GETTING SUNBURNT ALREADY!!!"
I quickly replied, I'm not ready for him to know that I might be already falling for me, HE MIGHT EVEN BE STRAIGHT BUT HE'S SO GAAAAY!!!

"In that case, your 'sunburnt' already got worse."
Boom replied in a flirty tone.

Yep. . . . . . . . so gay.

"So, are you from around here??"
I asked, which was an incredibly stupid question, I JUST CAN'T FLIRT!!!

"I'm actually from Pop Village."
He replied.

"Doesn't Branch live there??"
I asked.

"Yeah, that's where we met, but Vacay Island just feels special for some reason."
He replied back with a smile on his face.

I turned around to face him.
"What??"

"Yeah, it's just something about this place."
He got slightly closer to me.

"Maybe, you're right."
I got closer but didn't notice that I maybe had gotten to close.

"OH-UH!!!"
We said in unison as we blushed as we noticed that we were almost nose to nose.

"Ummmm-catch you later?"
I asked.

"Yeah. . . ."
Boom replied with a lovestruck expression on his face.
