in which a delightful duet devoured turns rather sour between one maude "blue" bluell & one major john "bucky" egan.

a not from the author: yes, i have in fact been obsessing over callum turner & his portrayl of major john "bucky" egan in MOTA. not gonna lie, i began watching it for austin butler (if you know my fic "downfall" of him, than you know how i feel about him) & then i left it with a newfound obsession with this man — hence where the origins of writing this piece came from. even though the show is over, i am not letting it stop me from keeping the hype going! i found bucky to be such a trip and a half! truly a comedian, but also simply a broken and battered man who saw and went through too much to survive — who more than deserved a game of baseball :( if you know me, you know i will be rolling with my brand of "comedic angst," but in some respects this story will be a lot more serious than my counterpart & definitely different in style — rightfully so. overall, i hope you enjoy it! i'm soups excited about this, and i'm so sorry this is so long and you all just read a whole TED Talk.
