Daughter Of Nyx And Kalona (a house of night fanfiction)

Chapter 1

-Sky-
How am I going to tell my mom I got marked???
"Sky I'm hooome!" My moms voice yells through the house.
I bit my lip and walk ad slowly as possible down the stares.

"SKYYYYYY IIIIMMMMM HOOOOMEEEE!!!!!" she screams from the bottom of the stairs which was three steps away. I screamed "sorry didn't see ya-" she stopped her sentence. "You got marked? Ha what am I saying of course you did! Oh I have to call her!" My mum says diging through the drawers... She grabed a phone I've never seen before it nvg on like wtf?

My mom pushed me out of the room! Hey I live here to bro! I wanted to yell but she shut the door in my face. Ow just ow.

I listened to the convo. So here's how it went

"Nyx."

"Yep she got marked."

"Really when?"

"One trucking hour?" She didn't say trucking BTW.

"Nyx-"

"Sorry m'lady."

"When do I bring her?"

"K bye!"

Convo ended

"Sky ik ur listening come in now!"

"Mom who was tht and why did u call her m'lady like she was a goddess or something?"

"Your adopted sky."

"Oh o- wait WHAT!??"

"press eight on the phone."
I did as I was told.

"Hello Sky I knew you were going to call I'm nyx."
Ok weird.

" yea yea but who r u really like is this a prank?"

"What? No sky I'm Nyx your real mother."

"So my moms not my real mom and why did u put me up for adoption and who's my dad?"

"Oh hunny I didnt , that's your aunt Emma, and your dad his name is Kalona. Im also a goddess, your dad is kinda like the god or king of darkness."

"WHAT? DOES HE EVEN KNOW ABOUT ME? DOES HE WANT ME DEAD IF HE KNOWS ME? WOUKD HE KILL ME?" I yell through the phone

"No my child he doesn't know about you, he wouldn't want you dead and he wouldnt kill you. But you have to go to house of night."

"What's the house of night?"

"A place were fledglings like your self would go to survive, live, but your special just like a very popular girl Zoey Redbird her marks filled in like urs. And since like you father you have wings just think of them and they'll come." I do as she says. I feel pain in my back then my mo- aunt say "they're beautiful."

"Sky what color are they?"

"My aunt say black with some white in them."

"Wow now get to house of night fast."

-11hours later-
Were at the house of night.
I jump out of the car "OMG LOVELY GROUND I MISS YOU THAT CAR RIDE WAS TO LONG!" I yell.

Then I see a beautiful women she has black and silver hair and black eyes whoa wicked

"Hello I'm Thanatos, high priestess of the house of night. Who might you be?"
I have My head down.

"I'm sky knight."

"Ah beautiful name uh two questions, what's you middle name and why are you not looking up?"

"Kalona." I say and look up. "My name is Sky Kalona Knight."

She looked tooken back.

"Come." I followed her.

"Zoey redbird shut up!" I heard some one yell I froze looked up and some blondw chick yelling at her.

"Leave me alone Aphrodite!"
I feel a tickle in my back I know my wings are out.
"What the-."

"Kalona." Zoey yelled my way my eyes were wide I feel hand around my throut.(she and the high priestess saw her wings before they went back) I saw zoey her hand around my throut.

"Nyx." I say

I felt the air change.

"ZOEY REDBIRD LET GO OF MY DAUGHTER NOW!"

everyone stops in there tracks.

"Nyx." Zoey says bowing.

Nyx comes over and helps me up "sky never cover you mark." She says and moves my hair so it shows my filled in mark. And tattoos.

"Wtf zoey?"

"How do u know me? Who r u?"

"Her names Sky Kalona Knight."nyx says.

Everyone gasps. (Cause of her marks.)

People are whispering stuff like
" her marks are like zoeys!"
"Who is she?"

"Did nyx say Kalona?"

"Zoey sky I need to take to you both. Alone." Nyx says we follow her down the halls to an office. (BTW sky eyes are normally amber but they can chan with her mood)

We enter the office.

"Zoey, this is Sky. Sky zoey leader of the dark daughters."

"How are your marks like mine?" Pure courositey eched in her voice.

I pointed to nyx. As if saying don't ask me ask her.

"She my daughter, and Kalona."

"How what errr how is she kalonas?"
Zoey said like it was rock science.

"Don't hate me but I have to say this when a mommy and daddy love each other very much-"
I said before getting cut off by zoey.

"Omg please don't." I broke out laughing. Soon Nyx and zoey started too.

We stopped "hey sky can I see your wings, I've seen kalonas but you I think look different." I bit my lip and look at nyx she nods.

I show them. Then retrackt them (weird ik)

After that me and zoey start walking
We enter what I think is a cafeteria, I'm right, she takes me to a group of people and iterdouses me

"Sky this is Aphrodite, Erin, shaunne we call them the twins, erik, jack, Damien for no surprises jack and damien are a couple, stark, stevie rae, and group meet sky."

I got a courses of hi or yos.

"Were you from sky?" Jack asked

"Colorado."

"Where in colorado?"

"Have you heard of the garden of gods?"

"Yes, I've always wanted to go it sounds amazing!why?"

"I live right next to the garden my bedroom over looks it."

"Wow- wait that's 11 hour or so away!"

"Yep the car was not confterable ."

I got a few laughs from that.
