One Hour later, Jay's eyes fluttered open, tears streaming down his face as the reality of the situation crashed over him like a relentless wave. The weight of his injuries seemed insignificant compared to the crushing guilt and anguish that consumed him. How could he have failed to protect the one person he loved most in this world? 

 With a trembling heart and a soul heavy with despair, Jay mustered the strength to rise from his hospital bed. Ignoring the protests of his weakened body, he made his way back to Seongsu Bridge, the place where their lives had been shattered. 

 As he stood there, the bridge looming above him like a haunting reminder of their fateful encounter, Jay felt lost in a sea of emotions. The bitter wind whipped through his hair, mirroring the turmoil within his heart. Every brick, every railing, every inch of the bridge seemed to mock him, taunting him with the memories of their once joyful moments. 

 His voice choked with sorrow, Jay called out Winter's name, his cries echoing into the abyss. But there was only silence, a deafening silence that pierced his soul. He searched every corner, every crevice, desperately hoping to catch a glimpse of her, to find a trace of her presence. But the bridge remained indifferent, offering no solace, no answers. 

 Jay sank to his knees, tears mingling with the icy raindrops that fell from the heavens. The pain of his injuries paled in comparison to the ache in his heart. He felt the weight of his helplessness, the torment of his unanswered questions. The world around him blurred as his vision became clouded with tears, mirroring the storm raging within his shattered soul.

 In that moment, Jay's anguish became a palpable force, touching the hearts of all who witnessed his pain. His unwavering determination to find Winter, despite his own brokenness, resonated deeply with those who understood the power of love and the depths of loss. 

 As Jay remained there, kneeling on the bridge, his heart shattered into a million pieces, he vowed to never give up. He would search for Winter tirelessly, even if it meant facing the darkest corners of his own despair. For love knows no bounds, and Jay's love for Winter burned with an intensity that could not be extinguished.

Jay's mother rushed to him at Seongsu Bridge, desperately trying to persuade him to prioritize his own well-being first. Tears streamed down her face as she pleaded with her son, her voice quivering with a mix of love and concern. 

 "Jay, all of your friends are injured, some are unconscious. You need to rest first, son," she implored, her voice filled with a mother's anguish. "Let the police officers handle the search for Winter. You have to take care of yourself first."But Jay's heartache was too overwhelming for him to consider his own needs. Tears cascaded down his face as he cried out in anguish, his words fragmented by his sobs. "Mom, how can I find peace in sleep when Winter is missing? I can't even close my eyes because she's nowhere to be found." 

 The weight of Jay's pain was palpable, his emotions raw and unfiltered. His mother's heart shattered as she witnessed the depth of his suffering. She understood his desperation, his yearning to find the one who held his heart. But she also knew that he needed to heal, both physically and emotionally. 

 With trembling hands, she reached out to gently touch Jay's tear-stained face, her touch a tender gesture of love and concern. "Jay, my dear son," she whispered, her voice filled with a mixture of tenderness and sorrow. "I know your heart aches, and I share in your pain. But you must also remember that you are wounded, both in body and spirit. Your friends need you, and they need you to heal."

 As Jay's mother held him close, their tears mingling in a bittersweet embrace, she prayed that her words would somehow reach his shattered soul. She hoped that he would find solace in the knowledge that others were tirelessly searching for Winter, that he was not alone in this desperate quest.
