Chapter 6 - (maybe noco?? Idk)

Noah's POV:
I was reading some books at the library near my house, when all of a sudden, I get a notification. 'Of course it was the group chat again.' I thought, but it was actually Cody. I went to open the message.

* Cody/Noah *

Cody: Hey Noah!

Noah: Uh yeah?

Cody: This is probably weird to ask but.. can I come over to your house?

Noah: Sure ig

Cody: Thanks!

Noah's POV:
He wanted to come over? I gotta go back quick. I run over back to my house before Cody could come, just to hear loud blasting music from the living room. Apparently, one of my sisters were having a party, so I had to stay in my room. Just then, I heard the doorbell ring, so I went to open the door.

Cody's POV:
I went to his house and rang the doorbell, I saw him opening the door. "Hey Noah!" I said happily with a toothless grin. He greeted me and let me inside, and I could hear the blasting music inside his house. "Don't mind it, my sister always has a loud ass party at my family's home." "Oh, alright!" We both went to his (referring to Noah) room, and he had so much books, it could be a library! "Woah, you have so much books!" I said as I looked surprised, Noah just chuckled at my reaction and went to read one of his books. "Oh right, why did you wanna come over here?" Noah asked, I remembered what happened and tried not to sob, but it was hard. I cried on Noah's shoulder while covering my face on it, hugging him. "M-my parents f-found out I was gay and t-they kicked me out.." I said between sobs, he tried to comfort me, but I could tell he wasn't very good at it. "Oh.. I'm sorry to hear about that Cody.." Noah said. "Well, maybe you could live at my house? I'm sure nobody would mind." He said again, "Really?" "Yeah." "So can I live at your house?" "If you want to." "So can I?" "Okay." "Thanks!" I say while wiping away my tears and smiled at him.
