Its Monday, which for many 16 year olds, means school, thankfully I dropped out because someone needed to pay the bills when our Dads disappeared. So now, here I am, Sitting on the couch, holding a bowl of popcorn between my legs watching The Fault In Our Stars, currently at the part where -cut out due to Spoilers- and bawling my eyes out. Great afternoon right? Oh, how I couldn't be more wrong.

I glance down at my leg and see that there is weird black lines spiralling from were the cut on my knee is. What the hell? I touch it and a jolt of what feels like electricity runs through my arm. "Ouch" I say aloud. I quickly take out my phone and swiped down the contacts till I see Kade's number, and press it. He answers after 3 rings of the phone.

"Nova?"

"Hey, I need you to come home, ASAP"

"Ill be there in 10, whats wrong?"

"Just be here as fast as you can." I say quickly before hanging up.

Your worrying for nothing you know, he won't be able to see it.

I jump slightly at the voice. What the hell? were was that? am I being stalked or something? I stand up and walk to the window to see nothing outside, Strange.

Im not a stalker you idiot!

"Then who the hell are you?" I say aloud.

All in due time Noverrah. The voice was so faint I could hardly hear what it said. Im sure it said my name, how could it have known my name, not even Kade knows my real name and he's been my BFF! Im going crazy. I finally conclude.

3rd person POV

15 Minutes later, Kade comes in and walks into the lounge, to find Nova sitting on the couch, watching the ending of her movie.

"Whats so important, you need to drag me away during lunch?" Kade asks.

"This" she lifts up her leg, and shows Kade her knee.

"Uhm, theres nothing there." Nova glances down at her Knee and sees that there still is, in fact, the small black lines tracing around the cut in her leg.

"Oh lord, please don't tell me you cannot see this? I must be going crazy. You sure you can't see it?"

"100% sure nothings there." Kade squints his eyes to see if he might be missing something. "What am I looking at exactly?"

"So your telling me that you can't see the cut in my leg, With all the black gross lines around it?" I say, making strange gestures in the air.

"I can't see the cut, or the black lines" Kade says slowly.

Tori rubs her eyes and pinches her arm just to be certain that she isn't seeing things, Only to discover that the black, Snake-like lines, and the cut, have disappeared.

"You have to be kidding me, they were there a second ago." Nova says, not quite believing what she saw.

Kade puts his hand to her head, mockingly feeling her Temperature.

"You sure your feeling alright? you must be seeing things." Nova swipes his hand away.

"Just go back to school, see you when you get home." Kade gives Nova a quick wave, and shuts the door behind him.

Nora sighs, and shuts her eyes. Sleep slowly taking over her mind.

Please don't be upset if your character doesn't get featured in the book.if your character does make it, I might change a few thing about them.
