Side note.
As we all know Sonny moved to Germany at age 16 which meant he was around 11th grade.
He actually went to Dongbuk High School which is an all boys high school but let's just pretend that was not the case. 😁

This story begins around the time he would still be in Korea to soon move to Germany.

Josie's version 🌸

As I walked into the classroom I lifted my sight to try and find Yuna, my friendly neighbor who I in fact had met a couple a days before. Had not I stoped at the library this morning to get the remaining books I needed I would have gotten a seat next to her. And by the looks of it someone already had sat next to her. I slightly waved towards her direction with a smile on my face.

"Did you find everything you needed?" She asked me with a friendly voice.

"I did." I replied showing her the books.

"It took me longer than I thought it would." I said with a slightly disappointed face.

"I tried to save you a spot but look there.." pointed Yuna with her finger across the room over to the teachers desk to a sign that said no seat are to be reserved.

"It's okay, I think I can sit over here." I said while looking for an available seat.

"I'll be here if you need me." Said Yuna to me while I walked a couple of roads down to an available seat.

I smiled and replied "Thank you."

I let out a small sigh putting down my books to take a seat. I felt a a little uneasy not being able to sit next to the only familiar face I knew.

"I'll be okay.." I said reassuring my self.

My parents and I had moved to South Korea, before the summer and school began, to Chuncheon, Gangwon to be exact. An hour or so from Seoul, the capital. In the couple of months being here I was able to start studying Korean language.

Not yet learned it completely I still had to start the new school year.
My father had gain a position as an engineer for a foreign exchange company and my mother who was surprisingly fine with the move agreed to have all the family move and start a new life here. I of course who didn't have a say in all of this couldn't stop but feel home sick and was sadden to leave my close friends behind.

While having all of these thoughts in my mind I noticed someone who had approached me.

"Is there someone sitting here?" Asked a very polite but yet friendly voice.

I looked up at the owner of that voice and saw a boy who was looking at me with curious eyes waiting for my answer.

"Oh, um no. I don't think so." I said to him with my quiet voice.

After hearing my response he gave me half a smile and sat down next to me. "Thank you." he added.

"No problem" I said while proceeding to move my books trying for them not to be in his way.

I moved my gaze up at the wall clock. It read 8:42. "Tree minutes to go..." I said to myself.

As time went by the teacher arrived who we all greeted and the class started.
