Enjoy!

You and Dominik lasted three years before deciding to call it quits. It was amicable, and you remained close friends, especially since Tara and Sami were still together and very proud to have outlasted your relationship. One night, you both ended up at the same party, and as you caught up on old times, you couldn't help but gush about your new job as a nurse.

"It's so fulfilling," you said, eyes shining with excitement. "I love being able to help people and make a difference in their lives."

Dominik listened intently, nodding along as you spoke about your experiences on the ward. "I'm so proud of you," he said, smiling. "You're doing such important work."

You beamed with pride, his support fueling you. "Thanks, I really love it. And you know what? I've always wanted to drive an ambulance one day. I think it would be so cool to be able to respond to emergencies and help people in real-time."

Dominik raised an eyebrow. "Really? That's a pretty intense job. Are you sure you're up for it?"

You nodded emphatically. "Totally. I know it will be challenging, but I'm ready for a new challenge. And think about all the lives I could save!"

Dominik chuckled. "Well, you saved me from freezing to death that time you made me strip naked in a corner shop."

"That was a dare Dominik and you know it."

As you continued to talk and laugh together, you couldn't help but feel grateful for the supportive and understanding friend you had in Dominik. Even though your romantic relationship had ended you would always take a stand in the argument, if there's something such as love at first sight?

The answer is yes. Yes there is. You've experienced it. You loved it.
