"The darkest part of the Tieracle, Finis. Covered in darkness. The smallest and most dangerous part of the Tieracle."

-----------------------

No eye could see if their hand was right in front of their face. The terrain was never a straight line or a flat surface. The souls can only sit for a minute before they are hunted by the Hunters of Finis. The Hunters are hounds, dyed black the same as darkness. The souls only see their eyes, silver orbs floating in the air, before the Hunters latch their teeth onto their prey. Since the souls are already dead, the Hunters drag them, and bite them until they are tired.

The ruler of Finis could see everything, the creator of the Hunters and the skyscraper palace. The Obsidian Palace was jet black like everything else, and on the border of Finis and Maleficia. The colorful magic of Maleficia shone through the darkness and cast an aura on the palace.

The Hunters never ventured close to the palace. One of them did, and it was destroyed by the strong rays of light. The Hunters were created by Chaos to keep the souls of Finis in check at all times, and to be constantly on the run. The souls are chosen to work for the Ruler of Finis.

The Hunters are jet black. They are bigger than a wolf and faster than cheetah. They have silver eyes and razor sharp teeth. Their only fault is they cannot go in the light. It will kill them almost instantly. They were created for the darkness of Finis before the creation of light and the fabrication of magic.

The souls who come to Finis never get used to the darkness, making the Hunters invisible to them until they strike. All they can hear is a low growl before the Hunter lunges and locks the souls in a strong jaw grip. The Hunter shakes them and then throws them into the distance. Other times, the Hunter lets go of them and then chases them for a second before lunging again.

The souls who serve the Ruler of Finis live in the Palace. The souls in the Palace never leave it, stuck inside. The torches lining the terrain of Finis only light up when they feel an alive presence. Since the souls and Hunters are both dead, they are never lit. The god who rules Finis and the Six are the only ones who can make the torches light up. The light scares away the Hunters.
