Choi Seungcheol was known as the most demanding CEO in the business world.

His company, Choi Enterprises, thrived under his strict leadership and unyielding pursuit of perfection.

However, his employees often walked on eggshells around him, fearing his infamous temper. All except one—his secretary, Lee Seokmin.

Seokmin had been working for Seungcheol for almost two years, and during that time, he had become the only person capable of calming Seungcheol's fiery outbursts.

It wasn't an easy task, but Seokmin's cheerful demeanour and unwavering patience worked wonders.

One morning, Seungcheol stormed into his office, slamming the door behind him.

The latest quarterly report showed a slight dip in profits, and Seungcheol was livid. He barked orders at his staff, frustration clear in his tone.

Seokmin, who had been organizing files, looked up calmly and walked over to Seungcheol's desk. "Sir, how about a cup of coffee? I think it might help clear your mind."

Seungcheol glared at him for a moment, but then his expression softened. He sighed, rubbing his temples. "Fine. Make it strong."

As Seokmin prepared the coffee, he chatted lightly about a funny incident he witnessed on his way to work.

By the time he handed Seungcheol the steaming cup, the CEO's anger had noticeably ebbed.

"Thank you, Seokmin," Seungcheol muttered, taking a sip. "I don't know how you do it."

Seokmin just smiled. "It's my job, sir."

In the weeks that followed, Seokmin continued to defuse Seungcheol's temper with his unique methods.

During a tense board meeting, Seungcheol's frustration began to boil over when a presentation didn't go as planned.

Seokmin, sitting quietly in the corner, noticed the tension rising.

He stood up, walked over to Seungcheol, and discreetly handed him a stress ball.

Seungcheol squeezed it a few times, taking deep breaths as he did so. Slowly, his anger subsided, and he was able to refocus on the meeting.
