"No. No. No. This can not be happening. This can not be mine. There must be a mistake. Please, Sir, I always get an A. Why did I get a B? My parents are going to kill me. How can I get my grade up? I will do anything. Anything at all."
"Mia, the only thing I can suggest is another project. This time a completed one which I know you are definitely very capable of doing. Although there will be a slight change."
Mr Blight had a slightly amused look on his face. This only made me blink at him in confusion and then anticipation of what else was to go with this project.
"We have a new student coming to class next lesson. You will be partners with this student and while making the project the best you can there will hopefully be a friend in you for this young person.
Little did I know that today was going to be the start of a social rollercoaster.
