Waking up to a strange scenery, the sky a strange shade of dark red followed by odd dark colored clouds, my eyes groggily open as a foul odor overcomes my senses. I scrunch my nose with a distasteful expression adorning my facial features. An eerie feeling towers over me as it became awfully quiet.

Suddenly an immense pain washed over me like a giant wave. Every bit of my body ached, some places more than others—such as my torso and upper back. I bite my lip to suppress a cry of utter pain and discomfort. As the pain slowly subsided, I allow myself to breathe once again. It hadn't vanished, but it did become somewhat tolerable.

Instead of lying still on the ground and excepting my fate, I mustered up enough strength to push myself up into a seated position. This had given me a better view of my beaten body. My clothing was completely tattered and unfixable. There was also a pool of golden blood that surrounded my being. The same blood soaked my undershirt and seeped its way through my coat. A nasty gash was visible across my torso, that being the source of the pain. My knees then tucked close to my chest. I warp my arms around my legs and sigh defeatedly. There is absolutely no way of me being able to stand or walk for that matter. Tears brimmed in my eyes as a sudden realization came over me; Who am I? What is my name? I can't seem to pinpoint an answer.

Then something wrapped around my body. My eyes widened once more. Wings. On one side was a fully, pure white wing, big enough to engulf me in a comforting warmth. Yet, on my other side, was only half a wing. The same golden blood that surrounded me was streaked along the tear in my wing, occasionally dripping onto the ground.

My body began to tremble like a leaf in the cold breeze. I brought my hands up to my head and gripped tightly onto my hair.

Why can't I remember anything about myself? Why do I feel so useless?...Wait—what's happening to my face? Is more blood seeping from my head and down my face?

In a rapid motion, I brushed my hand against my cheek, pulling away expecting to see blood, but only saw a transparent liquid soaking my glove. Water?...Tears. Why am I crying? What is there to cry over? Oh yes, the fact that I don't know who I am or where I am!

My wing only tightens around me as I bury my face into my knees.

"Hm?...What do we have here?"

I quickly raise my head. That was a woman's voice! Perhaps she can help me! My eyes travel through the trees that towered over me. As much as I wished to see someone, anyone, it was completely empty of life, besides me. My new, animal like ears fell flat against my head. Perhaps I am merely losing my mind for thinking that a woman was speaking.

"Hello there, darling. What are you doing here, angel? This isn't a place for someone of your kind."

My ears perk up. Her voice was much closer than the first time. The tone was soft and angelic, bringing me instant comfort and relief.

Wait—She had called me angel. Angel....angel...? Is that what my name is? Maybe she can help me figure out who I am! If only I could get a better view of her...

"W-Who are you...?" My voice was hoarse, my throat driest to the bone.

The woman gave a small chuckle. Then a figure slowly walked out from behind a tree. Her hair was long, a platinum blonde with white streaks. Her eyes were a piercing purple. She was dressed in a black dress that reached her ankles. What stuck out the most was the giant, black crown that rested on her head, and her big smile. "Oh my, you must be a fallen angel. What is your name, dear?"

She walked up to me, her aura letting me know she is extremely powerful. She kneeled down in front of me and cupped my face in her gloved hands, wiping away my tears with soft thumbs.

"I-I...don't know what my name is.." I hesitated.

"They must have wiped your memory..No matter. You are safe now. I won't allow anyone to bring you any harm."

Her eyes seemingly softened as she gazed down at my broken wing. "Oh how cruel they have treated you." She gently touched my wing, stopping when I winced. "I will get you healed in no time."

Feeling safe, a series of purrs emitted from my being. She hummed happily. "W-What's your name?..." I then ask, looking up at her. The woman merely smiles and gives me a kiss on my forehead. She then stands up and brushes off any dirt on her dress. "My name is....Lilith."

Lilith...Morningstar?..

"Now, my little angel, what shall your name be?" Lilith taps her hand on her chin as she began to think.

Then her smile widened. "Darling, let me propose something to you. I will heal your wounds, and in return, you shall work with me with powers that will make you stronger. Do we have a deal?" Giant, red horns then grew on her head as she reached her hand out to me.

This doesn't seem right. Something is telling me not to accept, but what chose do I have? Stay here and die by bleeding to death? Or go with her and become stronger?

I sigh. "Deal."

As soon as we shake hands, something wrapped around my neck. I am pulled forward by a pink chain. A cry of pain escapes me as the sudden move brought me an unbearable amount of pain. My eyes widened as I gaze up at her, seeing that her smile had widened. "Ŵħąť įß ťħîß?! Ÿøů ðïð ňøþ mėňťïøņ þħĩß ǐń øůř ðēæļ!" My voice became louder and I could faintly hear radio static surrounding us.

"Oh..you foolish little angel. Do not worry, I will teach you the works on living in this Hell. Now, let us return home...Alastor."
