Chapter 3 The kitten and the spider

i met fang when we were just kids but i knew him as franklin then, when i was in middle school  i saw him getting bullied by some bigger kids i scared them off threatening to tell a teacher,  we had been friends ever since franklin always tried to empress me and be cool for me i always found it cute and sweet kitten said words full of joy, robin smiled you to must have been good friends he said to her, she smiled back at him yep believe it robipoo we went everywhere did everything together he even asked me to be his girlfriend but I always turned him down.

why? robin asked, kitten looked down with a peaceful smile on her face, i had another love she said, you did? he asked, yep my very first love he won my heart when i was really little before i met franklin i just could never forget about him she said looking off into the sea as she remembered her love, she sighed but i eventually gave up he would never see me that way never even knew if i would see him again and gave franklin a chance and it was good for a long time franklin was so sweet and good to me always being there for me it was like a dream come true! she said with joy, but then her expression turned sorrowful    but as we got older things started to change she said,

He noticed her sad look as she said that.

What happened? He asked

She sighed, Franklin started trying to act cooler he was always trying to be the big man on campus he wanted to be popular so badly always trying to show off always trying to impress everybody the punks the jocks girls even while he was daiting me! I mean can you believe that Robin I was right there and he would flirt with other girls trying to be cool, I felt like like I was just his backup chick after everything i did for him he does this to me!

Robin listens as the girl rants more about her ex.

The girl then looked down sadly a tear leaving her eye, and after I saved his life that ungrateful jerk! she said sadly, Robin tilted his head, you saved his life? He asked, she nodded, yeah that moron was trying to show off for some girls with a moped doing some stupid trick he messed up and landed on his head he cracked his skull, robins eyes widened, she nodded to him yep she said, I never been more scared in my entire life well except one other time she said looking lost again like before, shaking her head she continued,

he was bleeding everywhere it was on my clothes i was so happy i was near my house I dragged him there my self none of the other girls he did that stupid thing for tried to help me they all just ran off, so I had to drag him all the way home for about a damn mile my body was sore as hell from that I got him to my daddy he used to be a scientist so I wondered if he could do something, could he? Robin asked , she nodded my father had this experimental serum he had called the spider gene it could repair damaged body parts and replace it with spider organs I was so scared I waited in my room for daddy to help him,I fell asleep crying she said with sorrow.

Robin was starting to feel sorry for this girl she tried to save him and from what he has hear he betrayed her.

I woke up the next morning scared  out of my mind I ran to daddy's lab and practically kicked the door in and when I got there daddy told me it was a success and don't freak out robiepoo but Franklin changed he got a well.... He got a spider head, robins his eyes widened, n-now I know it's seems weird but i didn't care I was just happy my best friend and my love was ok I loved him even after he changed.

It was then that a light went off in robins head he had to ask, kitten did you say spiders head? She looked at him kind of embarrassed yeah she said he had a spiders head I still loved him though don't look at me like I'm weird well maybe I am but hey I loved him ok!
Robin waved his hands in a no judging gesture, no no that's not what I meant I mean I think I saw him a just recently ago.

She looked at him surprised, y-you did?

Yeah Robin said you said spider head right? She nodded, does he wear a black leather jacket white shirt and jeans?

She nodded sigh that's him she said, and if you seen him he must have been doing something what was that idiot doing now? She said annoyed.

He was robbing a jewelry store Robin said, what?!? Kitten said surprised and annoyed, Robin nodded yes he was taking jewelry and he had this strange ray gun on him Robin said.

Kitten shot up slamming her hands on the table, WHAT!?!? She shouted.

Robin nodded, it shot a powerful beam at us we chased after him and he did something to me stunned me with some poison.

Kitten then groaned before sitting back down hands on her face, DAMMIT FANG she said through gritted teeth.

I gave him that damn thing to protect himself from bully's at school before he changed it's a taser laser it's not supposed to do that but fang was always good with his hands he must have modified it!

You gave him that thing? Robin asked.

She nodded yeah but it was just for protection I have one to see she then pulled it out of her purse only a little as to not scare others, daddy made it for me to protect myself after some boys tried to harass me at school, some dumbass tried to flirt with me once I told him to back off but then he grabbed me I kicked him in the nuts and laid him out infront of his friends but it still shook me up when I told daddy he wanted to kill him but I just convinced him to make me a weapon and I even made one for fang after watching daddy make it.

Sigh but now fang is committing crimes with it? dammit the sweet boy I met really is gone how did it come to this.

Some people change Robin said trying to console her, or maybe this is who he always was and you just never knew him.

She nodded, he used to be so sweet even when he got his spider head he was so kind it was like getting hurt humbled him, she then balled her fists in rage.

but then! Kitten said through gritted teeth, she shook with rage and anger.

What happened? he asked
  She looked at Robin a bitter look on her face.

We went back to school she took a deep breath before explaining, i took care of him robin i was by his side i fed him helped him use his new limbs a few weeks after he changed he wasn't franklin anymore he was fang now she said in a exaggerated voice, people thought his new look was cool! girls were afraid of him at first but soon even they wanted him he ignored me in favore of them and then i.....

tears started to fall from her face, just last week i "sniff" that to timing bastard cheated on me with one of those sluts! she said. the girl began to cry falling into the table crying in her arms.

that bastard! "sniff"i saved his life i took care of him i looked after him i loved him and he did this to me! She wept

Robin seeing the girl cry began to really feel bad for her he hates seeing girls cry he had to do something.

Hey robin said, she looked at him, don't cry alright? It's a prom remember your supposed to be having fun, he looked over for a second before smiling.

Wanna dance? He asked.

She looked shocked then generally happy again.

I would love to! She said, Robin then stood up and took her hand.
