PROLOGUE (Being tough)

??: Dad please I'll try to be more careful from next time.(she said in a pleading voice)
??/D: Naeul I am doing this so that there'll be no next time.
Naeul: N-No D-Dad...
(He again started to beat her from belt)

Naeul: (mumbling) N-no d-dad ple..ase...
[With this the girl get up from her sleep breathing heavily]

Naeul's pov: It's that dream again(sigh)

[If you are wondering what is happening it means you must be interested in my life. So here I am Naeul I don't think if I should say fortunately, I am the daughter of the most influential mafia group's leader Hwang Nam Hyun known as Mr.Hwang. Honestly speaking I only know this much about my father]

A/n's pov: After getting up middle at night Naeul drank some water from her table beside her bed and went to sleep again.

[In The Morning]
N/D: IS THIS WHAT YOU CALL PLANNING? YOU HAVE ANY IDEA HOW MUCH DAMAGE IT CAUSED??
Man:(trembling) I'm s-sorry sir, I'll find a quick way to solve-
N/D: You Better Do Or You Know The Consequences.
Man: Yes sir.
[With this he bowed and turn to open the door and saw Naeul, they both bowed to eachother and with this he left from there.
Naeul came inside, she greets her father and showed him her GK test results]

Naeul: Good morning dad.
N/D: Hmm..
Naeul: Dad this is mine General Knowledge test results.
(He took the paper in his hand)
N/D: You got 5 less marks this time. What's the problem with you? Why you always want me to feel ashamed to have you? Huh..
(He threw the test paper on her)
N/D: Just get out of my sight.
[She didn't said anything, after picking her paper she bowed and left her father's study]

[After she straight went to her mother, putting her head on her mother's lap she cried her heart out]
Naeul: Mom am I an undesirable child?
N/M: No Naeul don't cry you are the so precious to us, why are you saying these type of things?
Naeul: Then why dad always treat me like an adopted child?
N/M: Naeul I am sure he has his own reasons.
Naeul: But why he treats unni differently then?
??: Because he want you to be self dependent.
Naeul: I kow you always try to shut me by saying these things but you know that I'm not a child anymore unni.
N/S: So what you want me to say? Hmm..
Naeul: I Just want to know the exact reason, and I know that you know it already as you are closer to dad than me.
N/S: Ok you want to know the reason right? So he treats me differently because when I'll cross the age 25 he'll get me married to the most appropriate person he come across, then I'll rarely be able to come see you all. Do you want it too??
(Naeul looked at her mother)
Naeul: No thanks I am good here.
(Her mother and sister looked at eachother and smiled)
Naeul: But I want a solution for the problem not an explanation.
N/M: Naeul try to show no emotions infront of him and show him that you need noone to lean on, I am sure it'll work.
Naeul: I'll try mom.

[It isn't like my sister didn't got any education or will be forced to be a housewife after her marriage, she was given a choice she could do whatever she wants, so she choose to be a doctor. Right now she is 20 and I am 13, she is completing her doctory degree in the most prestigious university of our city. She is so soft hearted and lovely she is like my mentor, as for mother she is my safest place and only infront of two of them I can express anything]

[When I was 10 I was badly scolded by my father and I said to my mother that I envied unni then she console me saying that my parents loved me so much that they made my name with both of their names as my mother's and father's name is Kang Ji Eul and Hwang Nam Hyun. Well that came out true but I am not sure about my father's affection towards me]

[When I was little he wasn't like that he cared for me and he was like a superhero to me, who make my every wish come true. But as time passed he became this way, the thing is he wanted a son, who'll be capable to take over his place and responsibilities after him. But his expectations ruined when he got 2 daughters. But I never understand why he acted loving and caring at first when he never wanted a daughter, well I thought this was the only reason.]

[Time passed and I stared to be tough and show almost no emotions except anger. Me and my father argued often over even small things but the beating reduced, he rarely shouts on me or beat me]

[Mine 21st birthday came and my life took a rough turn when I get to know the exact reason of my father's behaviour towards me]

[I was sleeping peacefully when my father suddenly came opening the door, it was sudden because he rarely comes to my room.]
N/D: Naeul wake up we have to go somewhere.
Naeul: But where dad--
N/D: You can see by yourself.

[I woke up hurriedly and did everything I needed to then dad and I went to a building, it was Rise enterprise my dad's company, where he is the MD.]
N/D: Follow me.
Naeul: Yes dad.

[When I went in I was super shocked 'cause it looked like a men dorm type of thing ,dad told me to go to room 102 and he just leave from there.]
