Basically izuku had the power to steal and transfer quirks but after dying it was sorta useless since he couldn't steal demon powers but he can use this quirk to combine his other quirks for powerful attacks

Healing
Izuku can heal his wounds and even heal the wounds of others and can even repair his heart if destroyed

Warp gate
Izuku can create these dark green portals where he can go anywhere by either knowing the place location or being their previously and so this quirk is quite useful

Black lighting manipulation
This quirk is quite powerful as izuku can Conjure black lighting that is extremely destructive and at its full power the black lighting can create a explosion powerful enough to rival a nuke

Biokinesis
Izuku can control his body shape and so he can warp his body to make himself a advantage and so he can turn parts of his body into whips for long range attacks

Shapeshifting
Izuku can turn himself into his demon form or his human looking form and can even show parts of his demon form

Iron body
This quirk allows izuku to turn parts of his body into metal of any kind as long as he made physical contact with that metal and izuku can even turn his entire body into a iron body for combat

Hive Emperor
Basically this is a artificial quirk izuku created and it is quite powerful and basically izuku can summon nomu's and give commands telepathically but izuku has to have seen the nomu before and as long as izuku seen it then he can summon that exact nomu 20 times a day and Izuku can summon every nomu he ever seen but after one killed well izuku can then summon its replica and so on

Soul control
From making deals with other sinners well izuku has control of their souls and so he can control the people he made deals with

Mist-warp
Izuku can generate this light blue mist and can even control it and so he can use this to blind his enemies and do sneak attacks and izuku can control thickness and the best part is that no matter how thick the mist because izuku can see through the mist as clear as day

Danger sense
Izuku can sense if he is in danger or if someone else is in danger and can even know if someone has been hit

Energy manipulation
Izuku can manipulate energy in unique ways as he can create constructs of energy , use it to speed up his healing , create explosions of energy , shoot projectiles , scan areas with it and much more and Izuku is quite creative with this power
