Celestial Dragon promotion セレスティアル・ドラゴン・プロモーション (Serasutiaru Doragon Promōshon), also known as the Dragon God's Light Prison of Eternity (龍神の永遠の光牢獄 Ryūjin no eien no hikari rōgoku), is a special technique used by Selever Ambrosius. It enables him to utilize Cephalon's Absorption/Transference, Cursed Flame, Power Negation, and Light Manipulation abilities.
Summary:
Ajuka Beelzebub, the creator of the Evil Piece System, made modifications to Selever's mutated Pawn Pieces after discovering that their original programming had been overwritten by a different and disorderly code. This change was speculated to be a result of the activation of the Juggernaut Drive and the subsequent adaptation to the power of the True White Dragon God Emperor.
During the train journey to Kyoto, Selever reflected on the black night incident, where he had violently attacked every female in the facility out of rage caused by their heartless and cruel behavior towards him. Although he believed they deserved it, he still felt remorse for his actions. Selever engaged in a conversation with Cephalon, the True White Dragon God Emperor residing within the Divinity Devouring, within his subconscious. Cephalon presented Selever with a box containing the potential of the True White Dragon God Emperor, expressing confidence in Selever's ability to attain it. Upon opening the box, its contents left Selever and began moving around Kyoto, utilizing individuals it came into contact with as protectors. By increasing their sense of justice and truth, it enabled them to confront and halt molesters, resulting in the appearance of a dark mist.
In a battle against the Hero Faction to rescue Kunou's mother, Yasaka, Selever became infuriated by the callousness and lack of compassion displayed by the hero faction. This anger triggered the awakening of a new power within Selever, fueled by his deep hatred for those who misuse their strength to make others suffer. This new power granted him the abilities of Cephalon's Absorption/Transference, Cursed Flame, Power Negation, and Light Manipulation. Additionally, Selever could access three enhanced techniques by utilizing Cephalon's original power, previously sealed by God. Employing all three forms, Selever gained the upper hand in the battle. These four powers were deemed "Illegal Moves" outside of the abilities typically possessed by dragons, with Cephalon likening them to an "Eternal Flame Prison of Light." Inspired by these observations, Selever named this power Celestial Dragon Promotion.
