Chapter Two

Adeline's Pov
Okay I'm crazy so much insane. I stepped further on the gas in such a rough manner. Never understood how I got my drivers license. Still I drove over to Max Evans's house rough like parking into the dirt sand road aggressively. I felt half way in and out of the car when I could see the large double doors were broken.

Max was laid out pushed on the stone path, I stepped over the broken shards of glass seeing Noah waa struggling with another guy who I assumed was Michael.

The fighting was intense that I had to let a loud scream out, sending a wave length of my powers to send both of them flying backwards landing on either sides of one another.

"Adeline! Fucking finally get me that needle." My eyes were wide like plates my heart beating away stepping harder on the glass. "What the fuck was that?" I stammered out rough like sinking my teeth into my lip.

"I'm sorry! I still can't control it well. I just need Noah alive he has the answers I need." I stammered seeing Michael had stared at me with a groan shaking his head quick like.

"No don't trust him! He's evil! He's controlling peoples minds." I didn't want to just rush in still my alien blood was tingling. I was trusting my instincts since Michael had deep shards in his neck bleeding out.

I rushed over to him instead leaning over him, leaving Noah to stumble away with a growl and a grunt out of the broken entrance.

"Oh my god that's so much blood uhm okay here drink this." I stammered keeping pressure over the wound on his neck with my left trembling hand. I focused away from his pained brown eyes and wavy brown hair. He was injured but he was very good looking.

I used my shaking right hand to yank out the nail polish remover from inside my
messager bag. He gave me such a strange confused pained look. I held it up to his mouth for him to gulp, seeing Max was now stumbling inside looking between us. I cracked a slight smile speaking before them.

"I'm Adeline.. I'm uhm an alien too."

The blood felt all cakey and stuck to my hands seeing that Max's powers could heal and Michael wasn't in full danger. I flicked my focus between the two males.

They each  were giving me skeptical looks before Michael was speaking over Max sliding his fingers over the bridge of his bruised nose. "Wait back up.. There's five pods? Since when?" I rubbed my hands over my jeans sighing a little.

"I don't think I crash landed with your pods. I've thought for years I was the only strange alien from Roswell.  We all went to school together and all. I just didn't want to drawl attention to myself even after all these years I can't control my powers." It was silent again before Max was speaking with a curious glint to his pupils.

"And your power is?" I tried to wipe the blood from my hands. It wasn't even my own and it waa making me anxious, I almost jumped back when Michael was taking my hand with some wet wipes seeming to be grunting under his breath.

"Relax we aren't going to hurt you." It was to no reassurance but I kept speaking all I knew.

"I can create a sound wave like blast if loud enough it can make someone blind or deaf. I can alter memories too. I remember everything. I found out Noah when I was a senior. He told me there's was others but said he only had the answers but over the years, I could hear you guys through the mind bond. I can even show you guys were my pod is. I hid it over the mountains." I explain. Michael released my hands once they were clean. Him and Max were having a silent battle with one another.

It was making me more nervous. "I can't believe there's five freaking aliens. There's five of us and I thought we were alone."

"Relax Michael she doesn't seem evil.. She can help us stop Noah and Isobel is going to love having another girl around." this wash of relief rained down over my body finding myself standing up, I hugged at Max quickly hearing him grunt in surprise.

Before he was awkwardly hugging me back with a chuckle. Once I pulled away, I locked eyes with Michael. He just kept studying me, messing with the closed up wound on his neck.

"I'm sorry for almost knocking you out." The loudest chuckle was what I was met with.

"Apology taken. We can do this whole reunion things after we stop an evil alien lets go."
