(How strange... I feel such a strong scent of a demon here-!)
Kanae notices her surroundings start going dark and scary, but she wasn't scared, she's a brave woman.
Then a strange voice came out of no where
"Oh my~my~ another meal for tonight. Oh! A female hashira, I see..."
"...Who are you!? Show yourself!"
"My... My~!"
Then the strange voice reveals himself.
Kanae realized, this is the uppermoon two, the third most powerful demon ever existed in this world.
She may have no match for him, but she'll make sure he's gonna feel much pain from her.
"Okay~ no more talking, give up and let me eat you, you have no match for a denon like me right?"
"I may not have the strength to acquire my victory against you, but you may have known, I still have the strength to make you feel pain, pain that decreased people felt"
"Ooo! So tough! I like that, let's see if you could succeed on that goal of yours~"

Kanae disappeared on a thin air, that's what douma saw, but she's actually just running very fast towards him, and douma already knew that he experience it for a hundred years, he already knew human's movements.
Kanae swiftly attacked him in such speed.
Douma just keeps hopping back and dodging her attacks.
Kanae didn't like that. She had a plan, she'll suprise him.
Douma keeps doing those things until Kanae disappeared from his eyes again
