A Moment in Time

Chapter 4

I was so excited to be at the boy's concert. Emily was opening the door with such ease she looked at home. I had always admired Emily's boldness and was jealous too. The boys always thought she was amazing especially because of her soccer. She was a huge hit with everyone, while I wasn't really noticed. I was the shy girl the nerd that wasn't very popular. But tonight I was just so happy to be at the concert I didn't think about anything. Especially when I saw Harry, his smile made me melt. When he saw me he instantly jumped up and ran over to give me a hug.

Niall and Harry introduced us and for the next half an hour or so we just had a normal conversation with boys. Emily and I just were so happy and felt really safe with the boys. Then Paul came in and said, "Boys show time! Come on, I'll escort the ladies to their seats." We said goodbye and good luck. The boys said they'll meet us up after the concert was over. "Bye the way, love the beanie Megs" Harry said to me as I gave him a hug. "Thanks Harry but I love your orange one." I said back pointing to his beanie. Harry took his off and said "switch then." I took off mine (which was a boys beanie actually) and gave to Harry. "Now I have to find you after the concert to get my beanie back." Harry said with a smirk.

I couldn't wait for this concert to begin. Emily and I didn't know what was about to happen to us that would really change our lives.
