chapter 12 the aftermath

<two days later>

<Zayn POV>

Grace refused to talk to any of us specially Nina , every time she enters a room with any of us she plugs in her earphones and puts them in her ears. but we have do to something, I can't stand knowing that she hates us for pushing to know the truth. I cant take this anymore I have to fix it, its killing me inside.

" hey,why the long face?" Paul said walk in the room,i signed.

" oh its nothing" I said, signing again.

"aw come on you can talk to Me Zayn, you know that" Paul said placing his hand on my shoulder as a sign of encouragement

I took a deep breath "its Grace, she's pissed at all of us, because we made nina tell us what happened in Grace's past before she was ready to tell us herself" I said letting put a big sign.

" well should I talk to her, she's doesn't mind talking to Me, Chris and Danny. maybe we can help?" Paul asked.

"that would be awesome thanks Paul." I said gratefully.

Grace's POV

I've been avoiding the boys and I have not said one word to Nina. she has no right to tell them, I mean I would have come around to telling them. I feel betrayed, helpless and weak,. that's when Paul and Danny walked in the bus with my baby at Paul's feet .

"mama" zain ran to me, "Paul got me this" he said showing me a coloring book.

"and did you say thank you?I asked.

"yes mama" he opened the book and started to color.I walked up to Paul and hugged him.

"thank you Paul, you didn't have too" I smiled at him. " anytime sweetheart it was nothing really, hey can we talk for a minute?"

"yeah, what about?" I sat on the couch behind zain.

"so what's going on between you and the lads?" he asked.

"oh, Uhmm....." I hesitated for a minute.

"you know you can trust me right?" he gave me an encourage smile.I looked over to Danny who nodded knowing exactly what I was thinking, I took a deep breath before explaining.

" they broke my trust, they went behind my back and destroyed my trust and its been very hard for me to trust people since the event" I said.

"what event?" he asked.

"Uhmm a year ago ugh......" I hesitated taking a breath before continued, I told him everything, he just listened, he didn't interrupt at all. when I finished he understood be placed his hands on mine and gave me a smile. I wiped the tears that escaped my eyes when I told him my story not letting anything out.

"oh god... im so sorry, that's cruel for someone so young to go through" Paul said, getting up and giving me another huge.

" yeah so thats why I've been avoiding the boys" I explained.

" I understand, but you have to know they were just trying to understand what's going on. they really care about you and your family, they're good boys they just wanted to understand and help. they over heard you talking to Nina one day about "him" they were curious and asked . they didn't mean to hurt you, they care about you to much to hurt you on purpose" he explained.

"but they hurt me when they went behind my back" I said.

"but you have to understand from there views, Zayn has been going crazy since you found out and started to avoid them" he said, and I could help but think of zayn.

then Paul got up from his chair and stood up, "I have to go the Boyd have a radio show in an hour" with that I watch him walk away. I could help but think about what he said, or was running through my mind.

"mama look what I did" zain ran to me showing the page he color.

"its beautiful, buddy are you hungry" I said, he nodded and ran back to the table. I walked to the kitchen and begain to make dinner.

1 hours later

I couldn't stop think about what's going to happen next, the boys had a concert in a few hours.I've been in my room after I made dinner. I got ready and packed my makeup supplies, I walked out of the room and zain ran to me I picked him up and kept walking out of the bus. I walked in the stadium and walked straight to the dressing room, I setup all my supplies and sat in my makeup seat waiting till the boys got there. 10 minutes later they walked chatting amongst themselves, they started to quite down once they realized I was in the room.

"hello boys we have to talk................" I said watch them, their eyes widen in shocked but they sat there quite read to listen.
