Jungkook with Yoongi, Namjoon and Bogum were sitting right across the Taehyung and Jimin's table... He was at some distance so that Taehyung shouldn't notice him but not far enough because he wanted to hear what these two soulmates were talking about...
"Hey baby.. Are you full?? You want me to bring some more food for you.?? Jimin asked with a soft tone... Taehyung just shook his head.. "I am full Jiminah.. I just want to rest for a few minutes.. I have lots of work to do." Jimin nodded and let Taehyung rest on his shoulder for some time. Watching and hearing them Jungkook was now filled with anger and jealousy maybe.. He doesn't know why he is feeling this way. But Jimin talked to Taehyung with this soft tone and called him with Nick names he didn't like... He just let it go for now as he can't do anything and he didn't know anything about the brunette as of now...
After the lunch Taehyung and Jimin went to their respective offices and were working. In between those moments Jungkook always takes quick glances of the brunette and sometimes he just gets lost and the other boy calling him always makes him realise what he is doing. Just like that working training for 5 days has passed.
In these 5 days Jungkook had noticed all the small details about the brunette like how he scrunches his nose when he gets shy.. How he always has a pout on his face which makes him look cuter.. Every detail of his face. How Taehyung likes to play with his pen biting through his tongue when he thinks about something and works on the papers. His soft voice.. When he gets nervous he just fiddles with his fingers and a lot more small details...
Jungkook noticed and observed Taehyung more than he should... He had also noticed that he had never seen the brunette eating his lunch by his own hands. He doesn't know the reason... But he sure didn't like the way Jimin feeds him everyday.
The office is closed for the weekend but due to lack of time brunette was still in the office working along with Bogum and Namjoon. "Namjoonshii please have a look is this presentation okay??" "Taehyung how many times I have to tell you to call me with my name. No need to be so formal." "But you are older than me Namjoonshii.." Then Taehyung made a thinking face and spoke again... "Okay how about I call you hyung??" Namjoon smiled and nodded... "Yes that's better" Taehyung smiled widely.. Namjoon, Bogum and Taehyung became good friends and really liked each other's company. They understood that the brunette is an innocent soul and is very bubbly in nature.. They liked him and cared for him very much. In just a few days Taehyung has stolen their hearts as he was really a Golden heart boy... Innocent and pure and there was no doubt in their minds about that..
Jungkook was not in the office yet as he went for a meeting. It was already time for lunch. Now Namjoon and Bogum were going to have their lunch. They asked Taehyung to come along with them but he refused. As he knows he won't be able to have his own lunch by his own hands. So he refused to go with them saying he is not hungry. It took a lot of convincing for Taehyung for them to finally agree.. They went for lunch leaving Taehyung alone... He was damn hungry but he couldn't do anything.
He was just sitting on his seat in Jungkook's office and he just took out his tiffin that Jin gave him today. As Jim knew he would not go to the cafeteria and have the food by himself. Jin gave him the foods he likes so much. So as soon as he opened the tiffin box he was so happy to see fried chicken, kimbap, a few side dishes and kimchi fried rice. Taehyung held the chopsticks in his hand and picked up some food to take the first bite. He tried to have his food at first he was okay but soon after 2 or 3 bites he starts panicking and some flashbacks started to rise in his head... His hand is shivering from fear he held his hands to close his ears and eyes shut and he was mumbling something... He was so scared that he didn't realise when the door of the office opened and the ravenette entered. He looked at Taehyung dropping his bag he ran towards him.
Sitting down on his knees trying to hold the younger... "Hey hey.." Jungkook said in his as soft voice as possible to not scare the younger more than he is. Taehyung shrugged of his hand and still flinched with the voice and started mumbling more loudly... " I'll not eat eat it.. Please don't do it... I promise I won't eat it... Please leave me..." Taehyung was crying and shivering and scared... Just then Jungkook engulfed him in his embrace. Taehyung tried to pull back.. Tried to push the ravenette but he was not strong enough... Just when he heard the whisper from him... " Shh.. Hey calm down... It's okay... You are safe... I am here for you... Shhh..."
As heard those comforting words from the ravenette he was starting to calm down... The panic attack is now stopped and he was still in ravenette's embrace hearing the comforting words from him and his voice making the younger feel relaxed.. As Jungkook understood that the younger is now relaxed and calm... He pulled back just to see the younger. Taehyung was sad as he wanted to stay in the warmth of the ravenette a little more... Jungkook looked and Taehyung whose head is low and he can still here the sniffs from Taehyung... There was silence for a few more seconds when Jungkook being the first to break it... "Are you okay?" To which Taehyung just nodded a little not really trusting his words at this moment... "Good.." As Jungkook understood one thing that the thing which triggered the panic attack was something related to the younger having his food. As he heard the boy mumbling and how he never had his own food by his own hands and how Jimin fed him all the time. He didn't know why and how also what is the reason behind it but he knew one thing that Taehyung can't have his food on his own.
Jungkook was smart and a very attentive person... He can sense if something is not right... He sensed this about brunette not having his food on it own a bit strange and he knew there was something very odd about it. After seeing the brunette panicking today he sure knew that he had to find about it more. "Thank you..." Just then the brunette words made Jungkook to come out his thoughts... "It's alright" Jungkook said... "How was the meeting??" Taehyung didn't want to talk about the scene that happened just a few minutes back so he decided to change the topic.. "Oh it was great... You know I am very hungry.. And the dishes here look so good. Can I have some??" Jungkook asked... Taehyung just chuckled and nodded in a yes and gave the pair of chopsticks to his boss. Jungkook took the first bite and hummed as he loved the taste of it.. " It's really nice" Jungkook said... "It's so sad to have it alone.. Wanna have a bite??" Saying Jungkook just took one bite in the chopsticks and moved it closer to the brunette's lips... Taehyung's eyes widened as he saw his boss trying to feed him. " Come on take it... It's really tasty.." Jungkook said again.. Taehyung didn't know what to do... Jungkook is his boss and he can't eat it from his boss's hand but he was hungry so he shrugged the thought and just opened his mouth and Jungkook pushed the food inside Taehyung's mouth... Just like that.. They both started having their food... Jungkook feeding Taehyung and making sure younger having his food without being scared... They are the food in silence not having anything to say to each other... Taehyung just liked the warmth of his boss near him and he somehow felt safe... Just when he thought that he did make the right decision to join the company where everyone was so nice...
On the other hand Jungkook just looked at Taehyung while sitting so close to him he had that feeling to protect this boy from all the bad around him. He didn't know where that feeling came from... He just knew that he wanted to protect him from all the harm in this entire world.....
