Prologue

"Mom!! Hurry up you're going to miss the AMAs!!!" I said bouncing excitedly in my seat.

"I'm coming hold you horses." Mom said as she came back into the room carrying 2 bowls of popcorn, "I thought you would like some of this while we watch."

"You got that one right," I replied happily. I grabbed the bowl and started munching on the popcorn happily while my mom just laughed at me.

"You are something else you know." I just looked at her at smiled. Turning back to the TV I see the program starting. I sit and watch as performers sang and awards were given until a group I hadn't heard of started to perform. I watched on amazed at what I was seeing and smiled wide.

"Mom this is what I want to do too," I told her and looked at her. She had this look of surprise on her face.

"I don't know if it will be dancing or singing or rapping but I'm gonna do it. I mean I have 11 years of dance experience and you know I like to sing. So, I am sure I can do it." I beamed.

Mom smiled and looked at me, "Well Caitlin, I believe in you and you can do whatever you put your mind to. I will support you all the way."

I smiled at her. I continued to watch this mysterious group not knowing they would end up changing my life forever.

Hi guys this is my first story with BTS. I can't wait to start this journey into finally writing something I've been imagining for awhile now. I joined ARMY back in late September - early October because of Jimin lol. I heard his voice in Dynamite and ever since then I have been hooked. I would like to say I'm OT7 but that changes all the damn time. First it was Jimin then it was Suga then JK then back to Suga then to V. I can't choose lol. Its always changing.

This is going to be a platonic fic for now maybe in the future it might turn romantic but for now they are just going to be friends.

Anyways I hope you enjoy what I write. I will try to update 2 times a week maybe Sundays and Mondays if I can. Til next time
