Quirk: T-Rex - This allows the user to do basically anything like a T-Rex, it also Mutates the users body to allow them to have attributes such as Sharp teeth, superior vision, keen sense of smell and of course the ability to roar. The users can also shape shift their body parts to resemble a T-Rex body part such as Sharp Claws and Tail. They can generate their shape shifted body parts on command and anytime they want. The downside is that his hunger is 20 times or more than an average person and shifting body parts could also potentially break the users bones.

Personality: Kazuto is a hardworking young man who cares very much for his family and often times prioritizes them over everything else. He also works hard as an employee in his family's business which made him gave up on going pro as a footballer, but for an unknown reason, he had the drive of wanting to become a hero when he was a kid. No one really knew why but he was determined to be one too. He is also known as "The Biggest Busybody of Japan" because on how he wants to help people even though they had never ask or wanted his help. He's also quite tall and has a good build body
Likes: His family, helping people, working in the Spa, protecting the innocent, fighting for what's right, butting into peoples business, fighting Deadmans, being a hero, being a Kamen Rider, working hard, his friends, food.
Dislikes: Katsuki's arrogance, League of villains, Deadmans, Vice's weird antics, people using Vistamp for their own gain, heroes who wanted fame and fortune, villains.

Personality: In contrast to the mellow and selfless Kazuto, Vice is mischievous, flamboyant, and often blunt. He is incredibly self-serving, tricking Ikki into giving him a corporeal form, and claiming that he was "pretending" to attack Ikki's mother. With that being said, he is aware of his dependence on Kazuto and protects him, if only to protect himself. Vice also expresses an interest in "eating" humans, but is constantly foiled by Kazuto shoving his would-be victim aside, or using the Revice Driver to restrain him. Despite his reluctant vow to never attack other humans, he will often joke about breaking it, much to Kazuto chagrin. He's also mostly talkative, reckless, annoying and kinda stupid.
Vice has become a reliable ally towards Ikki, occasionally giving advice and attempting to comfort him when the latter was feeling down. Being the inner demon born from Ikki himself, Vice is also willing to call Ikki out on his deepest flaws and insecurities. Vice has also begun to become a bit more selfless as time goes on and became kind to his now friends and family
