Female: Hello I have an appointment with Miguel
The secretary glanced up and acknowledges her and says
Secretary: Yes give me one second
She looks on her computer and picks up her phone and calls her boss
Secretary: Excuse me sir, your 2'oclock appointment is here to see you..... Yes sir I will let her know
She puts the phone down
Secretary: Mr. Miguel says he'll be down in 5 minutes after he finishes his paper work
Female: Okay thank you
The Female proceeds to walk towards a chair as she waits
