Ch.23 The end

After it was all over, we thought everything would be fine.

However, Hobin had gone missing and as the months passed by we all started to lose hope.

Did he really die that day?

Taehoon's arm on my shoulder startled me as I spun around to face him.

He wordlessly pulled me into his arms.

I wrapped my arms around his waist and buried my face in his chest, letting me tears fall silently.

There was a short silence before Taehoon finally spoke.

"Don't give up hope. I'm sure he's going to show up at any moment."

We both didn't believe his words.

I sighed and pulled away from the hug, our warms still loosely holding each other as we watched the others decorating a Christmas tree.

My smile was sad as I wished Hobin was here with us.

Bomi came by to see us. She was the one who wanted Hobin to be alright more than ever.

We all tried to comfort her but it was no use.

I sighed as I watched the rain fall from the sky.

"Why's it raining on Christmas Day?" Taehoon huffed, throwing his arm around my shoulders.

"Weird they said it would snow."

My head snapped up at the familiar voice.

Hobin was stood there casually, using his jacket to shield Bomi from the rain.

Tears threatened to spill from my eyes as I watched the scene in front of me, relief flooding through my body.

I'm so glad. It's a happy ending after all.

It wasn't long until graduation came around. And everything just felt normal again.

Of course there were still bad people around so Hobin continued the channel.

However, the worst of it was over much to everyone's relief.

But this journey is far from over.

Although this part of the story has ended, a new chapter was beginning.

Our new chapter.

I smiled joyfully as I stared at the man I loved.

Will you marry me?

A/n short but sweet. I still can't believe viral hit was over, I loved it so much. It's one of my favourite webtoons. I didn't know how to end this story but I hoped everyone enjoyed it even though it took a while
