"Where are Hayley and Harriet, their belongings are here and yet neither of them are. I highly doubt Niklaus let them free" Ellanora questioned with pursed lips as she leant on her balcony refusing to turn around even when she sense Elijah's presence. "They're in the bayou, but they will return before Hayley's due" The man sighed.

"Is Niklaus's little friend still lingering" Nora drawled talking about Genevieve who'd seemed to have taken residence in their home. "Unfortunately so" Elijah sighed. "Then why is it you're here Elijah?" Ella grumbled turning around to face him. "Ah, I knew I smelt vodka. You could at least mix it that's can't be delightful" He grimace his eyes on the glass of clear liquid. "I need you to come and help me establish peace" Elijah stated earning a snort of amusement from his sister.

"You want to establish peace and you want me to come with you? You'd have better luck with Nik at your side" the brunette laughed but her brother just stared blankly. "That's exactly why you must come, if everyone believes that you the most stubborn original can settle on a truce then there's hope for the rest of us" Elijah sighed his eyes pleading and Nora cracked. "Fine, but I'm not offering to help in any way other than being there" she huffed walking past him to set her glass on the side.

Nora had complained the entire walk to the church since Elijah decided a leisurely stroll would be better than vamp speed. Why have great things if you can't use them? Ella glanced at the humans, witches and vampires gathered distastefully as her brother began talking. "These are the rules of the city according to Marcel Gerard. Which of course no longer apply because I am in charge" Elijah began as he tore the paper containing the old rules in half.

Ella sniggered before trying to hide it with a cough at Elijah's glare, she just thought he was being naive. These people have been at war for centuries there's no way they'll just decide to cohabitate peacefully. "You said if we came along that we would get to run things by ourselves" Diego argued. "Well that was never going to work, someone has to lay down the law or we'll all just kill each other and if you don't shut up I'll start with you" Ellanora threatened before urging her brother to continue.

"He never mentioned anything about making himself king" Diego tried looking straight at Ella. "Well, you were each chosen to represent your own communities, and I'll honor that however like Ellanora attempted to explain in her own way any issues that arise between factions, they will come to me. Now we are all to some extent, responsible for the chaos in the city however you have one very, very simple choice ahead of you here" Elijah began before pausing making Nora suppress a grin at her brothers dramatics.

"You can all play nicely together or you can leave" He finalized with a shrug. "You should be grateful if it was me in charge I'd just kill anyone who stepped out of line but since we're doing this Elijah's way you'll get to keep your life's. How generous of us" Ellanora grinned finding the whole situation highly amusing.

"I told you this wasn't going to work Lijah" Ella huffed crossing her arms and swinging her feet to rest across Elijah's legs. as she stared at the collection of people yelling at each other. "Please, that's enough" Elijah yelled silencing everyone before shoving his sister off of him. "You will all heed to the following" Elijah began before being cut off by Hayley and Harriet who stormed into the church. "Are you serious?" Harriet scoffed.

"Your diving up the city and the werewolves don't even get a say?" Hayley exasperated staring at Nora who just stared back blankly. "What the hell is she doing here?" Diego asked standing up. "Diego sit" Elijah ordered staring at the two girls. "We are not dividing the city, we are establishing boundaries" Elijah defended. "No Elijah, there is not gonna be peace if the werewolves are excluded" Hayley argued.
