Kalpi's pov :

Its me kalpana vittal jadav and today's my college results .I was feeling very scared as i walked near my College.
I pushed some people to see display board and to my utter SHOCK my name wasn't there .
I walked away from there and bumped into Pakhi...Pakhi kapoor the most popular girl in our college my Aai's laadli beti ..
"Kalpi did u check the result gosh maine top kiyaa kamlaa maa ko bata dena yar aur tere result ka kya hua?" She asked smiling.
"Pakhi wo... display board pe mera naam hi nahi hai idk what happened" i answered honestly.
"Yar how is this possible zrur kuch to mistake hogi let me clarify with the Dean hes good friend of my dad " she suggested.
She dialed a number on her phone
"Hello this is Pakhi kapoor here meri friend kalpana jadav ka name kahi display board par hai hi nahi sir please can you check whether there's a mistake or something " she requested.
Her expressions changed and she disconnected the call .
"Kalpi tu fail hogayi hai idk ye kaise hua tu to topper hai yar " she said.
My vision blurred hearing that i was shaking.
I went home ... disappointed
"Kalpi kalpi beta tu aa gai beta result kaise aya Pakhi beti ne to top kiya" aai asked smiling.
"Aai ...aai wo mai fail hogayi" i said crying..
"Beta aise kaise fail tu fail nahi ho sakti" aai said crying.

After 10 days:

Its been 10 days since my results ..Neetu memsab and everyone in chawl kept mocking my aai for dreaming big but i need to get a job to feed my family... I can't just sit at home .
So i got a job in hotel as waitress i was serving a customer just then someone tapped on my shoulder...
I turned around to see Aai with red eyes she slapped me i couldn't figure out what to do....
I saw Neetu memsab,pakhi and Prem standing there and i understood everything.
"Kalpi tu ye kaam karrhi hai tujhe islie padhaya likhaya taki tu baai bane kalpi" aai said crying.
"Kamla tu pareshan na ho mai dungi teri beti ko job mere prem ke office me kaam kregi ye" neetu said ..
"Mom she's not qualified for any job in my office.." Prem replied
Then idk what he looked at me my eyes met his for a second and he said
"But i think i can manage she can visit me ...maybe"
"Nahi maa mai neetu memsaab ke yahan koi problem nahi krna chahti i dont want ki prem meri vajah se kisi problem mein fase so plz" i said
"Kalpi tu ghar chal tere liye job mai dhundh ke laungi" aai dragged me away from them.

AN HOUR LATER

I was sitting alone at home
Pakhi has always been kind to my aai and aai also loves Pakhi more than me she never hated me but i don't like her because she stole my aai from me
Aur Prem he's always been rude to me he even called me ugly once but he looks at me so wierdly I can't figure out what he wants...i was in my own deep thoughts just then aai came
"Kalpi tu kal se office jayegi beta" she said with tears in her eyes.
"Aai job mil gai ? Kahan mili?.."i asked
"Beta Raghav baba ke office mein "she replied
"Raghav singhania wo ...jo bachpan main " i stopped mid sentence.
I hugged my aai tightly idk what she said to raghav sir to give me job but i was very happy and excited.

NEXT DAY

I got ready for office . I wore a pencil skirt i bought from sale lol and a red shirt i left my hair open and applied some lip gloss o wasn't pretty but looked just fine
I said bye to aai baba and went out
...on my way i was searching for an auto from 10 minutes but couldn't find one
Suddenly i saw a car stopping in front of me
I saw a familiar face ...Prem Kapoor that bastard in the car smirking at me
"O heyyy dekho to ugly duckling bhi aaj aise taiyar hui hai jaise job pe nahi boss ko impress karne ja rahi ho" he said.
"Shut up Prem agar mai itni ugly lagti hu to meri taraf dekhte kyu ho?" I asked
"Umm good question wo kya hai na i just couldn't control myself to troll you and lagta hai kisi ko auto nahi mil raha office ke pehle din late chalo lift dedu" he offered.
"No thanks prem I'll manage " i said and he left making a face .
I reached singhania corporations and went inside it's such a huge company bappa...
I was admiring the place just then a peom came
"Madam apka naam kalpana hai aaj join kar Rahi ho apko apka cabin dikhata hu chaliye " he said
I went with him and saw my own cabin ...
I was admiring my cabin just then i heard Raghav singhania is coming....i was feeling so nervous...
Meanwhile Pakhi came towards me and said "kalpi tu bhi join karri hai na kamla maa told me but yr mujhe raghav sir ne bola tha ye cabin mera hai yahan tera naam kaise .." she said
"Mujhe ni pata pakhi..mai abhi ayi" i replied....
Just then we saw a 6 feet dashing guy just like in Hollywood movies coming with another fairy handsome guy ...
He looked so hot i couldn't take my eyes off and so do Pakhi...
Kalpi stop what are you thinking thats Raghav singhania he would never even look at you...
Just then Pakhi approached him
"Sir good morning its me Pakhi kapoor new junior executive but I can't find my cabin"
He looked at her from head to toe and smirked...
"Ms kapoor welcome to singhania corporations...im very impressed with you apne dad ki company chodkar kahi aur join karna as a newbee and ur Mumbai University topper also i must say beauty with brains ..." He said complimenting her..
"And thats your cabin right behind you" he answered..
"Wait a sec kalpana jadav whos she shes not junior executive here...? He asked
I shuttered " Good morning sir i m ...k..kalpana jadav and idk peon said this is my cabin soo..." I replied.
He looked at me for a second from head to toe just like Pakhi...
He looked very uninteresed.."kalpana hmmm thats not your cabin its a mistake ms kapoor you can go to your cabin and sanjana will explain work to you and you ...kalpana jadav come to my office I'll see what to do with you.." he ordered.
I was really nervous.
He left just then
"Hey don't be scared raghav won't  eat you btw m Sameer you can call me Sammy mai is company ka CEO hu aur tum mere under hi kaam karogi" he said offering his hand for handshake
"Good morning Sammy sir its very nice to meet you " i replied shaking his hand back .
"Sir I'll take my leave raghav sir bula rahe the " i said .
"Jaldi jao and all the best " he said Patting my head .
"May i come in sir? " I asked ..
"Yes " he replied in a stern voice.
I entered his cabin nervously...
"Stand still ms Jadav ..." He said
He looked at me from head to toe again
"Apna cv dikhao " i handed him my cv
"10th mei 86 percent and 12th mei 82 pretty average in academics and koi sports and extracurriculars nahi ...you can work as intern " he said rudely throwing my cv on the table..that cv fell on floor
I bended to pick up the file..

Raghav's pov:

This girl is not my cup of tea man i was thinking..but kamla baai requested me so i gave her daughter a job
She doesn't look that good nor she's qualified...
I dropped her cv my mistake on floor and she bended to pick it up
I could see her...ummm god Raghav ur getting too perverted these days but damn shes flat ... But there's something attractive about this girl she stood up and left just then sammy entered..
"Yar do ladkio ne join kiya dono achi hai..Pakhi thodi meri out of league lagri hai" he said
"Sammy is office mein ladkia hi ladkia hai aur tujhe newbees ki padi hai" i replied.
"Yaar tu samajhta nahi newbees ki baat hi kuch aur hai " he replied smiling
Sammy has always been a heartthrob in office he probably dated every single girl in the company...
"Yr but dont worry miss kapoor ko mai tere liye chod dunga i know tere kya iraade hain" he said ...
"Mera iraada bas badla hai sammy " i replied...
"I know Rags yar boht din hogye mera kandha kisi hot si ladki ke sar ko miss kar raha hai sochraha hu miss newbee kVj ko ...u know what i mean" he said
For some reason it bothered me a little I know Sammy is a playboy he will date her for a month or two and then ditch her ...
I smirked " Atleast choose a good looking woman sammy she...she is umm so plain and boring looking and doesn't look hot at all" i exclaimed
"Yar date karne ko kya hi buri hai ...konsa shaadi kar raha hu " he replied...well good for him i thought..

We both left our cabin and saw Pakhi with kalpana chatting..
"Heyyy girls " approached Sammy..
Both girls said hy to him in unison...
"Ummm kalpana jadav aka kvj aaj free ho to coffee pe ..kya khyal hai?" He asked.
Kalpana looked away from Sammy and got nervous i could see her fidgeting with her shirt...
"Sir wo...sorry mai nahi aa sakti I'm buzy mere gharwale office ke baad allow nhi karte aise" she replied...
Lol it was first time someone rejected Sammy
His expressions were precious...
"Ouch tumne to mujhe reject krdia ...but its ok i like your fiesty nature kalpiiii can i call you kalpi?" He asked with his puppy eyes
She smiled at him and tucked her hair behind her ear " ofcourse sir .." she replied...
Gosh so she knows how to flirt ....
"Kya kalpi tu bhi sammy sir ko mana kardiya aap na isko seriously mat lo shes forever single iska college mai bhi koi boyfriend nhi tha " pakhi said..
Ohhh so she never dated anyone...
Saving herself for someone special I see..
We both took their leave
"Aur sammy hogaya reject? " I asked ..
"Yaar kahan dekha na kaise blush kar rahi thi she's never dated anybody yar ab mera man nahi hai usse timepass karne ka shes probably saving herself for a permanent relationship" he said
"Yeah In chawl vgera ki ladkia sidha shadi ke sapne saja leti hai" i replied..."aur shadi tu karega nahi" i added.
We both laughed ...
