Ash is now back in the shop, standing at the counter, waiting for customers..

"Hah.. That guy is really weird.." She whispered under her breath as she remembered what happened earlier

'I don't know if I'm being judgemental but... I can feel something different about that man that I couldn't explain..'

When the front door's bell rings, signalling that someone comes inside the shop, she was then snapped out of her thought

"Welcome!" Ash greeted the customer with a smile

"Oh Hello" said the middle age woman, heading towards the left side of the shop

Looking at the shelf of loaf bread, she grabs two packs of loaf bread and goes towards the counter after

"Is this all ma'am? Anything else?" I asked, as I scan the price of each item..

The woman looked at the glass display next to the counter where the cakes, donuts, muffins, cupcakes, etc, are put inside.

"Can I have this red velvet cake, please?" Said the middle age woman pointing at the cake inside the glass display

"Yes, certainly ma'am!" I said smiling, before heading to the glass display, sliding the glass door open and grabbing the red velvet cake carefully, placing it inside a cake box and tying a red ribbon after I'm done...

Going back to the counter with the cake, putting the cake on the counter before typing on the register

"Um.. It's 525 dollars in total ma'am" I said

"Can I pay with a card?" She reached her card towards me, I replied with, "Yes, sure" as I took the card, swiping it on the register and typing on it before handing it back to the middle age woman

"Here ma'am" I said, handing her what she bought

"Thank you for buying at our shop!"
I said as I watched the woman leave the shop..

Fast forward...

|6:00 pm|

"I'll head home first then, Auntie" I said as I got on my bike, wearing my helmet

"Yes, becareful on your way home" Aunt Liza said while standing in the front door of the shop

I waved at her before I started pedalling.. Riding my bike on the pathway

Somewhere in the neighborhood...

As the sun is now fully set and the darkness covers the sky, a dark transparent creature is wandering around without getting noticed or seen by anyone..
