So we went to the police next day but they didn't know anything about it and also didn't care much. As far as they were concerned everything was OK round here as long as it didn't affect them. So we wen't back home unhappy and scared we knew we couldn't continue to live here the poisoned area was all within 200 yards of the trees and who would have thought it our house was fully within that area.
Back at home we told Mum and Dad they were shocked they said they would wright to the head of state and they would listen because my father was a high rankin person somewhere in politics I did no know exactly what he did but it involved a lot of talking, reading and writing so nothing I was interested in. But what could we do it was to late now this place was poisoned and it wouldn't be clean for at least 10 years. So we had to move out quickly as soon as possible my father told us at ones to go packing only our most important stuff we could not afford to stay here longer than needed. He also packet his stuff we obviously couldn't use the car for a long time so we just drove to the next village with a car rental and got a new car quickly. Then we drove on to my grandmothers house it was at least a 7 hour ride afterwards we were all tired and ready for bed.
I woke up to my girlfriend poking me in the sides. As I turned around I noticed a painting on the wall I had never seen before. Anyway I could ask about that later, I was hungry now. As I walked downstairs I looked at my phone and saw a message from a friend. It was just a picture of him surfing in Tenerife. I was surprised but I wasn't jealous at all except for the fact that he didn't have to leave home to probably never returns of course.
In the kitchen I saw my father writing a letter nothing unusual of course but this time I knew what it was about. I had a boul of cereal and wen't upstairs again. And plaied a bordgame with my girlfriend.
Later my father sent me to the post office to send the letter. On the way I dropped by at an old friends house I hadn't seen in ages it was nice to see him again. At the post office I bought a stamp and sent the letter. What was the sence in it we had more then enough money to buy a knew house and the area was poisoned anyway that couldn't be changed.
Back at home I had some food and went to bead early I was tired from all the thinking and from my girlfriend waking me so early. It had been a calm day and all that had happened was that mom dropped a plate and I had a slight churn in the stomach. An absolute kontrast to yesterday.
