Ta eyes fluttered open as the sun shine through the windows and hit his eyes
He stretched before turning to put his arms on his fean
His hand hitting the cold side of the bed suddenly made him remember that barcode wasn't here as he had to leave to film

He pouts a little
He wishes Barcode can spend his birthday with him but he knows that as his popularity goes, so does his acting gig

He soon gets a call from copper and answered with the sigh already knowing what he was going to say
"Happy birthday ta!! Is p'code making sure your birthday Starting out smutty today" he smugly said

Ta rolls his eyes "nong would I be able to Answer you if he could, and no he's not here, he's out filming his series with Jeff"

Copper groans "oh common on whyyy, you know you need to woo your man hard in order to keep him for yourself"
Ta looks at the phone weird and chuckled "hard to believe you're encouraging this, weren't we the ones that won hidden characters" he jokes as he heard copper shuddered
"That was one cold week of being glared at by p'code, I never want to experience that again" 

Ta laughs "in barcode defense, he was supposed to participate but his series filming overlapped, the games were supposed to be rigged so that we were the ones winning"

"Which is not fair you know" copper yells

Ta made his way downstairs as copper continues to rant about barcode not being there
"I mean it's fine, we been busy so it really doesn't matter if we didn't spend our birthday this year together.... again"
Ta looks up to see his living room fully decorated and looks at it in shock

Then he heard a little giggle "that silence means you have reached downstairs, im gonna hang up now, have funnnn" he heard his nong teased before hanging up the phone

Ta blinks in shock and before anything else can happen the light went out and in comes barcode singing while he held a birthday cake

Barcode stops Infront of ta, beaming "happy birthday ter, suprise" he softly said
Wet eyes,Ta looks at him, "code you're home, wh-when"

"Since last night but I wanted to wait till morning to give you my suprise" he beams

Then it clicks "copper that traitor" he exclaimed making barcode laughs
"Actually, it was Jeff's idea to end the filming early so I can make it back here in time to celebrate your birthday and copper being the self-proclaimed captain volunteered to provoke you a bit" barcode smiles softly as he explained

Ta laughs "not our on-screen partners helping us get together for this special day" he jokes as barcode laughs "yea well Jeff knows how it feels, you know with gameplay and all that so, he helps us" he shrugs
Then barcode looks softly at ta "I love you Ta, don't forget that and soon somewhere in the near future we will be able to share more screen time together than what we had as pheenon alright" he spoke as he kisses ta

Ta kisses back but with a little more force and then leans his forehead on barcode "I know, i love you too" He smiles "oh you know I dreamed of them, our characters, they were celebrating Macau and phees birthday too"

Barcode smiles "that sounds like a pretty great dream" he said as he gave ta a kiss on the cheek "tell me more over breakfast, I made your favorite" he wraps his hands on ta's arms as he led him to the table with food
Ta looks at it excitedly then gave barcode a kiss
He hums
"Best birthday ever" he exclaimed
