The next day
Angela: hi nyla I need your help
Nyla:yeah, what's up?
Angela: weve rehired Charlie to help out with our children and recently Wesley's fallen sick and he's at home a lot of the time now. I want to spy on him but it would be wrong, and especially after what happened when we first started dating
Nyla: so you want my advice?
Angela: yeah
Nyla: I'd say that you should "forget" your phone at home tomorrow then go back to get when your not expected home. Then you'd have an alibi and a motive to go home and see whats really going on
Angela: aww thanks sm for having my back nyla
Nyla: ofc anything for my best friend
They hug and head off to their desks. As Angela sits down, Tamara come to her
Angela: oh hey Tamara
Tamara: hey Angela, guess what!
Angela: what?
Tamara: (whispers) Tim and Lucy fucked yesterday
Angela:(shouts) WHATTTT
Everyone in the office turns to look at them
Angela: (quieter) what?!? Omg I knew it was gonna happen!
Tamara: hah thats not even the best bit
Angela: do tellll
Tamara: they did it twice
Angela: omg

They all laugh as Tim and Lucy approach them
Tim:what's the joke guys?
Lucy: (points at Tamara) I have a feeling that it's us
Angela: (after she finishes laughing) well I'm $1700 richer
Lucy: what? How? Our original bet was $200
Tim: WHAAAT??!? Lucy! You made a bet about us sleeping together?!? Angela! You ripped me off!

Angela: fight later guys, right now I'm awaiting payment
Tim grumbles and takes his wallet out. He hands Angela his card. Lucy venmos Angela the money
Lucy: damn Tim how much did you bet if you have to give your card

Lucy: wow so you were that much against us getting together
Tim: what no Lucy it was just a stupid bet
Lucy: so what your trying to say is that last night was just a stupid mistake?

Lucy: I can't fcking believe this. I need some time

Lucy storm's off and Tim stands there with his mouth agape
Nyla: wow really Angela? How do you do it? you really made the two lovebirds have their first fight and now I owe you $50
Angela: what can I say I'm a great gambler
Aaron walks past an overhears the convo.
Aaron: not greater than me
Angela: wha- ugh fine your better at it but ill show you one day!
Nyla: damn Angela your so competitive nowadays
Angela: yeah idk I just feel like I need to prove myself for some reason
Nyla: calm down okay? Wesley is not gonna cheat on you with perfect, hot Charlie... Anyways, he won't because your amazing
Angela sniffles.
Angela: wow thanks I really needed to hear that (They hug)
Tim is still standing there in shock
Angela: Tim what are you doing?
Tim: I can't believe she would blame me for it! She literally did the same thing!
Angela: I'm sure it'll all blow over
Tim: but what if it doesn't? What if she forever hates me?
Angela: only one way to find out. Go and get your girl back Timothy!
Tim: okay
He runs off in the direction that Lucy went.
