Ray is a natural-born strategist, He's intelligent, quick-witted, and always thinking of the next move, whether it's evading capture by space cops or finding a way to secure alien DNA for his device.
He's also mentally, physically, scientifically, astronomically, Biologically, genetically insane
Abilities and Powers:
Ultimatrix Belt: Using the blueprint stolen from Azmuth and materials from a dead Chronosapien, built a crude version of the Ultimatrix, which he now wears around his waist as a belt. This device allows Ray to transform into alien species he's collected DNA from in the Null Void, but it also has the ability to upgrade those aliens into their ultimate forms.
Unfortunately, because of the poor craftsman ship, the ultimate forms are painful in transformation.
Thief genius: Ray is incredibly skilled with theft, having stolen from some of the most advanced minds in the galaxy.
