DREA VANILLE BLIKS  . 28 . @ HERMELS FLORETS . JUNE 29 3 PM

Drea walks into the store and is greeted by a gorgeous brownskin woman.

Her voice is deep in a soothing way. "Hi, welcome in."

Virginia turned around in her apron. She was only working today because one of her employees called out. However Drea was incredibly grateful for that.

Drea hovered over Virginia. She was 6'2 without the heels.

Before Drea could get lost in her own world she said, "I just need a bouquet. I'm trying to brighten up my office."

Virginia nodded and walked around the counter. Drea watched her body, her long ponytail swaying in the middle of her back. "Do you have a favorite flower or flower meaning?"

Drea joked, snaping out of the trance, "Yeah, purple rose and purple lilac blooms."

Virginia held back a smile licking her lips, "Mine are peonies."

Drea eyes squinted as she laughed. She thought to herself, 'are we flirting with flower meanings? i'an mad at it.'

Virginia led Drea towards the section of bouquets.

"That orange and lavender bouquet looks good. How much would that be?"

Virginia said, "For you pretty I'll do 37."

Drea smiled, "I'an ever been one to block a blessing so how about you give me your number and I pay full price?"

Virginia licked her lips, head cocked up towards the lady, "What's your name?"

"Drea, and yours ma?"

Virginia tucked her lip in between her two teeth at what the pet name.

Virginia's New York accent prevalent. "I'ma stick with ma, actually."

Drea laughed at the younger woman, "Okay, ma. But I'a get that name with that phone number."

Virginia shrugged and stuck out her hand. Drea opened her phone and clicked on the call icon and Virginia put her number in it.

The two walked up to the counter. Virginia holding the bouquet in her arms.

"Your total is 37 dollars and 89 cent."

Drea pulled out her card and paid. She customized the tip so that it was 100 dollars.

Virginia handed her bouquet to her and said, "Text me."

Drea's New Orleans accent rolled off her tounge, "I think I'll need weekly flowers from now on baby."

Virginia laughed and Drea swore she felt her chest sink in.

Virginia walked Drea to the door and Drea walked out in to her car.

It'd been a while since she's been interested in someone. After 7 years to become a lawyer and taking 3 years to set up her own law firm and build up clients and connections she finally was ready to enjoy her life.
