Gwen was up watching TV when Finney was watching the TV with her Gwen didn't realize Bruce was into her she thought it was funny but she knew Finney would know he talks with them . Finney noticed his sister watching him too much " did you need to say something" he asked Gwen say " yeah so you know Bruce Yamada" she says back in question her eyes darting the room in case her father shows up Finney says " I played a baseball game with him but yes why?"
