Ok so, this is pretty long-ish. Hopefully this is good c: I put some effort into this *A*  Her apartment at the side ^^

I remember the first day. I was about 13 at that time, still young with room to grow. I was strong and I knew it. I was mature for my age and I knew the limitations of my power. Hell, I wasn't even a normal kid. For god's sake I was a freaking witch. I could do spells and make potions and all that stereotypical stuff. But besides that, I could do a lot more like using chakra, and ninja stuff.

My mother was a witch, and she taught me all I knew. My father was a black ANBU cop and he taught me all I knew too. My family wasn't anything special, and they didn't carry any special gifts. We were as normal as a family of witches and ninjas can get. Well, at least that's what I thought until my entire family was killed by a group of Hunters. We had something special. What is it? You'll find out. It's whats been keeping me alive all these years after all.

"Why."

Jump.

"Is."

Jump.

"Finding."

Jump.

"A freaking."

Jump.

"Village."

Run.

"So."

Stop.

"HARD?" I slammed my head against a tree, frustrated. Sighing, I leaned against the tree and slid down onto my butt. Pulling out a map from my messenger bag, I studied it, making sure I was on the right path. "So.. I should be here... and I should go... there..." Pursing my lips, I stood up and looked ahead. I was close. I knew it. Running down the dirt covered path, I felt my hopes lift as I saw the distant figure of the village. The HiddenLeafVillage, also known as Konoha.

"Finally," I muttered. Coming to a walk, I nearly broke out in a grin when I saw the gates.

"State your name and business," one of the guards at the gates ordered.

"My name is Seikatsu Jin and I'm gonna make Konoha my temporary home," I finally broke out in a grin, "So I need to see the Hokage."

The guards narrowed their eyes at me, probably wondering if they should believe me or not. Finally coming to a decision, one of them grunted, "I'll escort you."

"Alright," I happily skipped over to him, following his steps as I took in my surroundings.

"Wow, Konoha sure is big," I breathed. My escort merely grunted again. Geez. I feel like his only vocabulary is grunting. Arriving at an extremely tall building he quickly took me to the Hokage's door before poofing away. Wow, rude much?

"Excuse me..." I carefully pushed open the red door and stepped inside. The room was big, with a large window looking over Konoha. Dead center in the room, close to the window was a large desk filled with papers and sitting in the chair was an old man. Like, really, really old. Old like wrinkly old. Yeah. That old.

"I heard you need a temporary home. Seikatsu Jin is it? Where are your parents?" His voice was kind, but he gazed at me sternly.

"My parents are," I hesitated a bit before decided to tell the truth, "dead. They were killed three years ago and I don't know I guess I want to settle down for a bit." I forced a big wide smile at him. Three years wasn't too long ago. I was hurting and old man Hokage knew it. I knew he could tell with the way his eyes flashed with pity. I hated it.

"You've been on your own since then?" he asked. I nodded, slightly amused. He was pitiful of me, yet suspicious. How could a young girl survive that long when her family has been killed? I could tell he was having an inner battle. Give suspicious girl a home or kick suspicious girl out. Is suspicious girl a threat to village or is suspicious girl a benefit to village? I knew it all. I guess he finally made a decision because he gave a long sigh.

"Can you fight?"

This was a trick question, I knew it. If I was strong, he'd know there was something about me. If I was weak, he would be suspicious, somebody must have helped me. If I was in the middle, it would be okay right? I can't let him find out about my awesome-ness. Otherwise, those damn hunters might find me again. Three times was enough, I need to lie low now.

"Yeah, I can fight well enough," I nodded.

He seemed satisfied by my answer and the tension in his shoulders decreased considerably, "Okay. I'm going to give you an apartment and if you'd like, I can make you a ninja of Konoha."

"Thank you so much! I would like to become a ninja here," I smiled. Maybe being a ninja wouldn't be so bad. I've always wanted to experience it anyways. Just got to make sure to stay away from hunter territory.

"I'm glad to have you here Seikatsu Jin. For now, I'm going to enroll you in the NinjaAcademy for kids your age. Your about 13, right?," he asked me.

"Yeah.".

"Here are your keys, you'll be starting at the academy tomorrow and I'll send for an escort when you step out of this building," he handed my keys which I thanked him for before walking out. I'm so glad he bought it, I can really have a home now, even if it's temporary. I literally skipped out of the building and ran into a hard wall. It wasn't until I fell down onto the ground and looked up that I realized the "hard wall" was a really buff guy. Did I mention hot? I think not. A really hot buff guy. Not super buff, but just right. I gaped at him, taking in his features. If only he was younger by like 10 years, then we could work something out. But still, his silver hair was so cool.

"Hey, I think I'm supposed to escort you to your apartment. I'm Kakashi," he gave me something that resembled a smile. I couldn't really tell since his face was covered by a mask.

"Seikatsu Jin," I grinned.

"Nice to meet you. Your apartment is this way," he began walking down a path.

"So, where you from?" he glanced at me as we walked.

"Ah... I'm from a far away place," I avoided his eyes, not wanting to answer anymore questions. I could tell he was suspicious be gladly he didn't say any more. After what seemed to be hours of awkward silence, we finally reached the apartment. It was small, yet simple and nice.

Reaching my apartment, room 107, I turned around and thanked Kakashi and walked in.

"Anything you need before I leave?"

I shook my head, "No, but thank you."

Kakashi gave me a weary look before poofing away like all ninja do.

Finally. Some alone time. The academy is starting tomorrow, so I guess I should get ready. My apartment was actually pretty decent. I honestly really liked it. The walls were plain white and it looked like the apartment had a open-space concept. It had a home-y feel to it. Smiling softly, I began exploring the small apartment. My room was nice and consisted of a small bed next to a window with a wardrobe on the other side of the room. As I explored some more, I discovered the apartment had a medium sized room with no windows. This was great. I could use this room for potions and things like that. The room already had a freaking desk that streatched from the wall in front of me to the next wall to the wall next to the door. Setting down my bag, I began my work.
