Invisible

Chapter 7

~A few weeks later~

Today's the anniversary of Bruce's graduation. Everyone is super sad, like they are every year on this day. When I get up I shower and change into some sweatpants, an baggy Dragon Ball Z shirt with Vegeta on it and black converse. I walk downstairs and say hello to everyone like I do every morning,once I do that I eat breakfast. I text Marcus once I get back to my room
O: Hey Marky wats up?
M: Hey Ollie, the sky is up :P
O: You dork, wanna come over?
M: yea sure gimme a few minutes.
O: K see u in a few, luv ya
M: Love ya too Ollie

I don't bother changing because we're just hanging out. We've been dating for a couple weeks now and he's made me not feel invisible, like I actually matter to him. He gets here in a few minutes, about 15 minutes tops. I gave him a key since he comes over all and mom and dad don't really care. When he gets in my room I tackle-hug him.
"Sup Dork" I greet him
"Hey Nerd" he retorts
We spend about 3 hours in my room until we get hungry. We make some Ramen for us, he had pork flavor while I have chicken flavor with a bit of soy sauce mixed in.
"Hey, everything's quiet, like too quiet, my dad always has his TV going unless he's sleeping, I'ma go check on my parents" I tell him
"Ok" He says with a mouth full of Ramen, God I Love him. I get up and walk to my dad and my moms room, and I hear... sobbing through the door. I open it and regret it immediately.
"Oh, Baby girl, I miss you... I wish that your mom never crashed the car, I wish that you were still alive, I wish that you were here right now hugging me telling me that's everything's ok" My dad says. I drop to my knees and start sobbing. In about 2 minutes, Marcus is by my side holding me, hugging me and telling me that's I'm alright. I pass out from shock. When I wake up I'm in my bed.
"You scared me there" I hear Marcus's voice from behind me " Care to explain" then he hugs me from behind.
