Rise Of The Fox Clan

Chapter 1

I've been a member of The Fox Clan for over a month now, and it's been insane how much I've been through already. How many times we've looked at danger in the face, not afraid to fight for the island's sake. We are bound to do anything to protect the Zero Point and find a way to free the loopers... even if it means battle.

In The Fox Clan, I've been taught these main rules. 1: Don't trust anyone. Anyone could betray you at any moment. Even if they seem trustworthy, they could stab you in the back at any moment. 2: Only use your powers when necessary. Do not waste all of your rifting energy for stupid reasons, and be careful with your lightning. You don't want to show off your lighting powers and attract new enemies. 3: Treat your Clan like family. I've never met anyone like my Clan, and I vow to do anything for them, even if it means sacrificing my own life. The final rule is to never give up. Even though our enemies may be difficult or we may be tired or stressed, we never back down from the fight.We will face our fears and get the victory. Those are The Fox Clan's ways.

Who am I, may you ask? I'm Vixen, the newest member of The Fox Clan. My real name is Caitlin, but everyone in this clan needs a nickname. I control blue lightning, which enhances my agility like the best gymnast in the world multiplied by ten. I'm still learning my unique abilities, but everyone was like that when they first got their powers.

Next, there's Alex, whose Fox Clan name is Drift. He was originally a normal human from Earth before getting zapped to the island and becoming a member of the Clan. He controls pink lightning, which enhances his senses quite like Spider Man, but with lightning instead of spiders. Even though he's the charismatic heartthrob of our Clan, he is also almost completely fearless.

Then there's Megan, or her Clan name, Catalyst. She's Drift's twin sister, and she controls purple lightning, which enhances her sight better than the most sharp sighted eagle. She's a fierce fighter, her stubbornness off the charts, but she's also one of the most loyal people I've ever met, and I know she'll never leave us. Ever.

Then there's Kenji, or his Clan name, Stray, who left his sister Mizuki to join us. He joined a year before I did. He controls red lightning, which enhances his reflexes better than a ninja covered in sensors. He may be a bit childish and silly, but he is only 15. His defiance against his sister is impressive, as Mizuki is... well... not the best of people. I can see why he left her.

Finally, there's Vi, our leader. She's the only person who doesn't need a fox mask to control her powers, as she is incredibly a master of all four lightning types. As well as being a fierce leader who lost her family in the previous generation of The Fox Clan, she is also the best guardian, who we can go to if needed.
