Chapter 10

I sat up in my bed looking around my room, my eyes caught with my mirror, i looked at myself and seen my red puffy eyes, my swelled up face, i let out a sigh.

Today me Nathan and Damian are going to hang out.

I got out of bed and went to the bathroom and took a shower, i got out and wrapped a towel around me and walked to my closet, but my eyes caught the attention of a red dress, and another pair of my black gladiators, Damian.

"I thought you would look cute in that also, so i picked out another dress" Damian said caressing my cheek making me jump, were did he come from, oh yeah got to remember he is a vampire.

"Thanks" i said grabbing the clothes

"Brittany are you okay?" he asked with concern in his voice, as soon as he said it tears whelmed and i started crying

He grabbed me and pulled me into a hug, "He what's wrong?" he stroked my face wiping the tears away

"Her, Claire my aunt, i can't stand it anymore, do you see that huge bruise on my face" i said trying not to break into uncontrolled sobs like last night

"Yeah i see it, what did she do to you?" he asked stoking the bruise i flinched at his touch

"She slapped me because i was kissing Nathan" he flinched, "And thought we were having sex in the front lawn" i said going out of his hold and looking into his gorgeous eyes

"You could move in with me and Nathan?" he said more of a question than a statement

"Yeah, but let me get dressed then we can go were ever he is" i said jumping a grabbing the clothes and running to the bathroom.

"Damian, um not to burst your bubble, but can you zip the back of this dress, i used to have my mom do it, but she isnt here" i said coming out of the bathroom holding the top

"Yeah i can" he said jumping off the bed and coming to me he slowly zipped the back, lightly tugging the back so it wouldn't pinch me, when he was done, i think, he ran his hands up from my back and up to my shoulders, i shivered

"Damian-" i was cut off by my aunt screaming up stairs

"BRITTANY YOUR SO CALLED BOYFRIEND IS HERE!" she shouted i flushed red and grabbed my shoes and Damian's hand and fled down the steps, i looked up and seen Nathan standing there

"Who is that, and why was he in your room?" my aunt said coming into view

"This is Damian, Nathan's brother, we are friends" i said letting his hand go

"That still dosen't answer my question, why was he in your room!" she said threw clenched teeth

"Because i let him!" i shouted at her

She walked up to me and i knew what was next, she looked at me angrily

"I told you to never shout at me" she yelled at me and drew her hand and slapped me across my face once again and on the same spot. i fell to my knees crying

"Don't you dare move to her" she shouted at Damian, and Nathan who were coming towards me

"I hate you" i screamed and ran out the door with two very angry vampires on my tail

"Brittany don't you bother ever coming to this house again!" she shouted out the door and slammed it shut

I looked behind me, this was the house i grew up in the house i live in with my parents, my eyes went blurry and i sank down to my knees, but before i could hit the ground i was in someones arms, i looked up itno Damian's blue eyes.
