Felix POV

It had been a mistake to try and open his eyes, the bright lights bringing a sharp pain to his head with how sensitive his eyes were. With a groan, he closed his eyes once more, lifting his hand to cover his face from the intensity of the light. Before his hand could reach his face though, he felt a slight tug on the top of his hand.

Confused, he lifted his hand and glanced down. Once his eyes decided to focus properly, he let out a gasp at the sight of an IV in his left hand, bandages wrapped around several fingers on the other.

Quickly becoming even more confused, he tried to sit up, his whole body feeling an odd mix of both tense and weak at the same time.

Thankfully, someone else at least noticed he was awake now. Long, slender fingers reached out to brush his hair out of his face, the hand lingering on the side of his face and cupping his cheek. His eyes made their way up to see Hyunjin with red-rimmed eyes and tear stained cheeks. The scent of wilted jasmine filled his nose, a clear sign of the taller alpha's stress as his somewhat bandaged hand reached out to hold onto Hyunjin's free one. While his eyes clearly filled with fresh tears, Jinnie leaned down to press his forehead to his while the thumb resting on his face gently stroked his cheek.

"Thank fuck you're alright." He sniffled, holding them in that position for a moment. "You don't get to scare me like that Lixxie." Hyunjin was clearly fighting the urge to climb up onto the bed with him, practically laying on top of him with how he leaned over him.

"Just get up here Jinnie, I'm sure it's fine."

The other male's gaze glanced up and over to his other side, clearly seeking permission from someone else in the room that Felix hadn't noticed just yet. Obviously, he got the approval he wanted, wasting no more time as he climbed onto the bed, situating himself on his side and curling his long body around the freckled alpha. It was no surprise at all to Felix that the man quickly took to scenting him as they lay curled up on the hospital bed.

Hyunjin's cheek rubbed against his shoulder before he ran his nose along the side of his neck, tongue flicking out to leave small licks to his scent gland as well as placing gentle kisses there. He didn't necessarily feel any pain, but he was certainly out of it, his head feeling light once he had adjusted to the brightness of the room. "So, what happened? I'm in a hospital?"

Chan-hyung was the one to speak up, stepping up to the side of the bed, opposite where Hyunjin had been. "We had hoped you could tell us." Aish, he did not look happy. Their pack alpha stood there with his arms crossed in front of his chest, clearly trying to school his features to not give away the anger slipping out of his typically crisp cedar and fallen leaves scent, smelling closer to woodsmoke at the moment.

"You had gone into our room, alone, with an omega. You screamed and when we got there, you were passed out on the ground."

There was a moment where everyone was silent, him and Chan staring at each other. "So, do you remember anything at all?" It seemed like his pack alpha was withholding information, he was sure of it. His stance and demeanor made it seem like he knew what happened and who was responsible for his condition. Meanwhile, Hyunjin was still pressed against his side, scenting him heavily to the point his eyelids were becoming droopy once more.

"Uh, I..I know I showed the omega our room, which bed was mine." It was slowly starting to come back to him, bit by bit. "She was staying the night and taking my bed while I was going to sleep in Jinnie's room." There was a slight twitch of his right eye as he tried harder to remember what occurred after that.

"It was weird, she didn't want to nest. Omega's usually want to build a nest don't they?" It had definitely been odd, but who was he to judge? Searching through his memory, he tilted his head to the side as a fragment of a moment came to mind. Chan clearly picked up on it, eyeing him before speaking up.
