Realization

~Ryder's POV~

"Okay class, only this one time. You may go sit with your partner and start discussing the project." Mrs. Smith said. I stayed in my seat. If that girl thinks I'm moving, she's wrong. After a few seconds, she got up and walked over to me. She sat in the desk right next to mine and pulled it over. 

"Hi. I'm Arianna." She held her name out. I just looked at it. "I know who you are." I spat. "Well okay then... so, what was your favorite part of the book?" She tried to change the subject. "Hmm....nothing." "There has to be a part you liked." She said. "Well there isn't." I tuned away from her. "Okay, I know your the bad boy but I'm not doing this project alone. So you better start helping." I gave her a weird face. "You seriously think I'm going to do whatever you tell me to do? Wow. I'm not listening to you. Just because your the cheer captain and a stuck up popular, rich girl doesn't mean I have-" "I'm not a stuck up popular girl!" She gasped. "Mhmm, sure you aren't." "Whatever." 

~Arianna's POV~

Who does he think he is?! I sure know I'm not a stuck up girl! I don't let my popularity get to me. I'm nice to everyone! He is the one who thinks he's all that just because he's bad! I can not stand him. I tried to be nice but after that, no. I looked away from him and started to do the project by myself since I'm going to have to do it by myself. I say him look at me from the corner of my eye. I ignore him. Then I heard him sigh. 

~Ryder's POV~

"Look I'm sorry. I'll help you with the project." I muttered. I expected her to turn toward me so we can start but she didn't move. "Ugh. Fine! I'm sorry I called you a stuck up popular, rich girl!" I exhaled. She turned her head and gave me a serous look. It looked like she was studying my face to see if I was lying or not. "Okay. I believe you. So can we get started?" She asked. "Yeah." And with that she turned toward me. She told me what she liked the most. I had to agree with her. That was my favorite part too. We kept talking, trying to figure out what we were going to bring in for the class. After awhile, I gave her an idea and she liked it. We decided just to talk now since we already know what we are going to do. She smiled. I actually got to look at her. She was really pretty. Her smile was so cute. Her perfectly white teeth. She smelled really good, too. Like strawberries and vanilla. I liked it. I couldn't help it, I smiled, and it was a really smile too. 

~Arianna's POV~

I don't know why, but Ryder kept looking at me. It was kind of weird, yet nice. I couldn't help but blush. I never really noticed him before. He was hot. And it looked like he had a nice body, too. His hair was messy but it looked cute. And his eyes, oh my god, his eyes. They were adorable! I got lost in them. 

"You okay?" He asked. I snapped out of it and caught him looking at me. I turned my head, blushing so much! He just caught me starring into his eyes! I can't let him see me blushing! I looked up at the rest of the class, and notice James and Ashley a little to close. He was checking her out and biting his lip. "Oh....he's your boyfriend?" Ryder asked? "Yeah." I whispered. I knew this would happen. I looked toward Victoria, it looked like she was having a good time with her partner. RIIIIINNNNNGGGGG

I picked up my all my books and started walking toward the door. I wasn't in the mood to walk with James. "Arianna!" I turned and saw Ryder. "Hey. So when do you want to work on the project?" He asked quietly. "Oh uhm, how about after the game tonight you come over and we can work on it?" I suggested. "Alright cool. I'll see you after the game." With that, he disappeared into the crowed hallway.
