A/n: Just a Gabby x Ellie fluff (ft. Alec being a third wheel lol)

It was around mid-December when Gabby practically BEGGED Ellie to go ice skating with her. Ellie agreed, but said she would only go if Alec went. (I headcanon Alec is terrible at skating, and Ellie knows this). Gabby rapidly said of course, but paused for a second before asking why. Ellie simply laughed and said "You'll see when we skate." Gabby texted Alec about what Ellie had said.

LibraryDilf: Do I have to?

The day arrived, and after forcibly dragging Alec out onto the ice, Gabby and Ellie started to skate around the rink. "So how has your day been so far?" Ellie asked. "Oh! It's been wonderful!..." Gabby started to excitedly explain everything she's done before she went to the rink. Ellie was listening, but she was also focused on Gabby's face. The way her eyes lit up when she spoke about her interests, the way she smiles around Ellie all the time, and of course, her face in general. God, Ellie was so in love with her. "...And now I'm here!" Gabby finished her rambling and looked at Ellie. "That sounds like you had fun." "I really did!". They awkwardly looked away from each other as they realized they were starring. Their heads whipped around as they heard an 'oof' from across the rink. They turned around and saw Alec on the ground, struggling to get his feet back under him. "You ok over there?" Ellie called, almost laughing as she did. "Yeah, I got it!" Alec called back. You could hear struggle in his voice. He did get up eventually, right before falling back down. The girls laughed before going over and helping him up and off the ice. That's the day Alec swore off any form of skating.
