The beginning!

As everyone received the invitation for the party they were excited as the organization of the party was a evidence of their new relationship with the company.The day finally came, the party was at the company. Alan sent a message in the groupchat to tell everyone if they are ready.
Jeff: I am done, waiting for you guys at the garage.

Soon others texted that they are ready and will straight head to the garage except Way. Everyone arrived at the garage but Way wasn't their, Alan called him but he didn't pick up. Everyone decided to go and wait for Way at the party. They were calling him again and again but he was not picking up. When they reached the venue other guests had already arrived. The atmosphere was electric, with music pumping and the smell of excitement in the air. When Pete saw them he rushed towards them, but he was disappointed because Way was not with them. The members greeted him and the other guest too, everyone was enjoying the party, but Pete seemed a little off. He wanted to ask the members about Way but he thought it was not the right moment but then he started the conversation with the most frank guy, North.

Pete: Make yourself comfortable,we have a long way.
He realized that he said this sentence to the most comfortable guest he ever had!
North: Thanks for the party! We will try to improve as much as possible and will make sure you won't regret the decision.
Pete: Why isn't everyone here? I would have been happy if everyone had attended the party.
North: Are you talkin' about Way? I don't know he was not picking up, we called him several times. But he isn't one of those who will miss important occasions.
Pete: It's okay, he might be buzy.
Moving away Pete took a glass of wine and was sitting alone on the couch. Party had just started but it seemed to be end for Pete, because the person for whom he organized the party was not there. But suddenly the whole group of the racers started shouting, when Pete turned around he saw Way entering wearing a black baggy outfit. Even though he was wearing a simple outfit as compared to others, he was still the outstanding one, all eyes were on him. As Pete saw him, he ran towards him but Way was buzy with others who were shouting his name for bottoms up 🍻 as soon as he arrived.
After sometime Way was standing in a corner having a class of wine in his hands, Pete came near him and took his own glass forward to clink with Way's. Way was a bit confused about his behavior but he still clinked the glasses.Pete started the conversation about racing because he didn't knew what to talk about but having an outstanding guy listening to him was not easy, a guy approached Way, he was Asher, Pete's business partner. Way was diverted to him and then suddenly Asher turned to Pete.
Asher: How about i have a 1v1 talk with Mr. Way?
Pete who didn't wanted that still said: Okay! I will catch you guys later.
Pete again went to the same couch sitting there alone. He saw both of them chatting with each other during the whole time. They both were having a blast. While Way was chatting with Asher, then he suddenly looked towards Pete's direction, the two lock eyes from across the room, and a spark ignites between them. Throughout the night, they found themselves drawn to eachother even though they were far away from each other. Little do they know, this party is just the beginning of an exhilarating journey that will test their limits and bring them closer than ever before. As the night draws to a close, Pete went to the stage for an announcement he gathered everyone at the party and excitedly announced, "Hey everyone, let's head outside for an amazing firework show!" The crowd cheered and followed Pete as they made their way to the outdoor area. The anticipation grew as they waited for the show to begin. It was a magical moment that brought everyone together to celebrate and enjoy the dazzling display of lights in the night sky.
While the fireworks are lighting up the sky, Asher slyly puts his hand behind Way's back.Way was a bit surprised and flattered by Asher's attention. However, it created some confusion and mixed emotions for Way, especially after the eyelock with Pete. The touch was subtle, but it doesn't go unnoticed by Pete, who happens to catch the moment out of the corner of his eye. A hint of jealousy flickers across Pete's face as he watches the interaction, unsure of what it means. The tension between the three of them adds an unexpected twist to the party. The tension didn't got unnoticed by the team members who were not able to do anything as it was Way's own choice.
After that everyone left and went straight to their destinations.
On the way back to his home, Way was feeling a mix of emotions at the moment. He could feel a sense of excitement and anticipation, as well as a bit of nervousness.He was not sure about any of his feelings, but as the same time he was not ready for any kind of feelings as he didn't want his feelings to become a hindrance in his mission.
