~ The Meeting of Khloe Hawksley and Santiago Reed ~

15 years passed....

Santiago and his sister, Octavia have been growing up in their uncle's mafia mansion ever since the incident with their parents murder that they witnessed. Santiago was 23 years old now, training to follow in his family's footsteps in joining the Valerio mafia with his uncle training him. Santiago was with Zayn when they started to have a conversation in the living room "you're first assaination attempt will start today, make sure it's a success. The target's name is Cassius Hawksley. He's in the casino with some rivals and our mafia members undercover." Zayn  informed his nephew in a formal business tone, Santiago nodded in agreement "so how do you want me to kill so called Cassius?" he questioned Zayn as to what method he needs to use "any method you want to use to murder Cassius' ' Zayn replied. Santiago started walking out of his uncle's mafia mansion, unlocked his black range rover and started driving towards the casino Cassius was at, it wasn't a long drive for Santiago to get towards the casino because Santiago and his family were living close to the city. Santiago drove towards the entrance of the casino that he was assigned to, he opened the doors and started searching the area of the casino all over the entire area, Zayn sent Santiago a message–it was a picture of Cassius that one of the undercover mafia members messaged him; a light tan skin, a short black spiky hair, with an almost black beard. Santiago was still looking at the picture he got sent from his uncle...until he noticed Cassius. Santiago pulled his tactical pistol out from his dark grey ripped jeans and started following him–Cassius was heading towards the exit at the casino. Santiago stormed towards the exit looking to see if Cassius was still there, he saw Cassius which made him ran towards him–which was met by a golden blonde haired girl with dyed brown hair pushing Santiago to get away from Cassius "don't you fucking dare touch him" she threatened than holding a glock pistol to the side of his head. Santiago turned his head facing the girl that was holding him at gunpoint...she looked awfully familiar to him "I never thought I'd see you hold a gun my love" he flirted with a slight smirk showing on his face "aren't you also a lawyer too Khloe Hawksley?" he continued questioning her.

Khloe looked really scared and shocked after hearing what Santiago said, how does he know me??? She kept on thinking inside her head but didn't want to say anything but she decided to anyway. "How the hell do you know me and who are you?? Also what are you doing here stalking my father???" Khloe demanded and started to put her glock inside the black-leathered bomber jacket that she was wearing, Khloe kept on glaring at Santiago as he continued to ignore what she was saying. "This is going to sound weird but here it goes anyway...my name is Santiago Reed and I've been researching you on the internet so see how you've been doing since I moved houses after the incident in my house." Santiago confessed with patches of red showing all over his face because of how embarrassed he looked, she kept on trying to remember who Santiago was and how they met each other in the first place. "Did we used to live in the same neighbourhood and have mutual friends or something? I have a feeling it's either of those '' Khloe questioned with her hands shaking from panic, Santiago grabbed her hand and put his hands over hers with a nod showing on Santaigo's face. Khloe just remembered who Santiago was and how they met each other–she started having flashbacks on how they met...they lived in the same neighbourhood with both of their parents being really close to one another, until Juliette and Enzo died at least. "Are you sure it's really you Santiago how can I believe it truthfully is you?-" Khloe started pausing in shock. Santiago grabbed his phone and took his phone case off; having a picture of Santiago and Khloe photographed when they were kids–Khloe started giving Santiago a massive cuddle and touching his skin "I can't believe it's really you Santiago...I've missed you so much I wanted to tell you for so long and now it's actually happening" Khloe confessed with a massive smile on her face trying to hide how much she truly missed him. Santiago wrapped his hands around her neck and started cuddling her for what felt like they were doing it forever...until undercover members of the Valerio mafia started walking towards the pair of them trying to intervene in the moment they were sharing together. The bodyguards were grabbing Santiago and Khloe away from each other–both of them were screaming for them to let go, Santiago elbowed one of the bodyguards in the face and grabbed the bodyguard's gun. "All of you let Khloe go now or I will shoot you all and I mean it off by my heart" Santiago threatened and started pointing the gun towards the remaining bodyguards. "Santiago please don't hurt anyone...." Khloe begged while kept on pointing the gun towards the bodyguards grabbing onto Khloe's body with a massive glare of fury and rage—the bodyguards dropped Khloe to the ground to free her, she started running towards Santiago and gave him a massive hug and Santiago started grabbing Khloe into his arms "let's get the fuck out of here" he rambled and started running towards the exit to get into his car.

Santiago bolted towards the exit of the casino, ducking down every time someone was trying to shoot them down, they reached the exit and saw Cassius looking at them–he continued running with Khloe in his arms anyway. Finally Santiago got towards his range rover, unlocking the doors as fast as he could and got into the driver's seat as Khloe entered the passenger's seat. Santiago started speeding away from the casino with mafia members trying to get to them in their own car, he kept on swerving whenever they got towards him—one of the cars crashed into a building, with another car hitting it "where are we going Santiago?" Khloe questioned demanding for answers as to where they were going "some place safer for the pair of us." he answered in vain and started driving the way to get to Zayn's mafia mansion. Santiago kept on driving towards his uncle's mansion, turning left and right so other rival mafia members couldn't overtake him when the pursuit took place.  Shortly after the pursuit took place, he pulled up to Zayn's mansion; Santiago got out of the car and opened the passenger door for Khloe, held her hand after she got out of the car then started walking towards the entrance of the mansion after he closed the passenger door. Santiago opened the door to enter Zayn's mansion–all the bodyguards started staring at himself and Khloe "who's her?" One of the bodyguards asked him "this is Khloe Hawksley, one of my close childhood friends when my parents were alive" Santiago smiled at Khloe–the bodyguards were glaring at Khloe after Santiago introduced her to the bodyguards.

"Come on, I'll show you my room" Santiago persuaded Khloe, they walked up the curved staircase with a runner on that leads to the second story of the mansion.  Khloe was amazed by how the chandeliers looked in Zayn's home, gold and black in colour "this place is gorgeous Sandy" she said in a breathtaking voice tone. Santiago and Khloe reached his room; he opened the door for Khloe and closed it when she entered, "so how have you been since the last time we spoke which was a decade" He chuckled as the golden-blonde haired girl was staring at him. "I've been great thanks for asking, it's obvious I've become a lawyer now and done some cases for court as you know"  she praised and started playing along with the joke by teasing him. "What about you Sandy, how have you been going?" Khloe questioned him, hoping he's been doing better since they lost spoke to each other. "I've been fine I guess, I keep on seeing it happen over and over on that morning but besides that I was assigned with completing my task so I can become an assaination for my family's mafia" Santiago sighed but didn;t show much emotion to what he just said. Khloe reached out to give Santiago a cuddle, "I'm so sorry that happened to you Sandy" she apologised to him after he cuddled her back. "So what do you wanna do hawkthorn?"
