When Ivy returned, she was met with another pair of red eyes. Bella looked down on her from the balcony of the house, unsmiling and cold. Rosalie was the first one to greet her with a baby in her hands.

"Oh, Ivy! Where were you? You've missed so much since you were gone."

"Yeah, well, that's what it's like with the Cullens." She joked dryly. "How's the newborns?" She referred to both the baby and Bella.

"Bella's got good restraint for a newborn. And as for this little one," Rosalie cooed at the baby. "Renesmee's perfectly fine."

Ivy scoffed, "Renesmee?" Alice appeared, she nodded and rolled her eyes, "Don't even bring it up. Where did you go? You were gone for the whole night."

Ivy sighed deeply, "I went to...Sam's. I'll tell you about it later." She admitted. To her surprise, the two girls were happy. They were happy for Ivy.

"What about Bella? She finally turned." Ivy asked.

Alice and Rosalie looked at each other. "Yeah. She's loving it, of course. It's what she's wanted for sooo long." Rosalie rolled her eyes.

Ivy couldn't believe that Bella had named her child Renesmee, she was just happy that her parents named her something normal.

She bumped into Edward in the hallway, she felt terrible for the guy. He could never catch a break.

"Hey there, Dad!" She joked, pulling him into a quick hug. "How you feeling as a new father?"

"Where were you?" He ignored her, but kept her at an arm's length. He gripped her arms.

"I was away. Bella's blood was way too irresistible –"

"But where were you?" Edward repeated. Ivy was taken aback, "I ended up at Sam's place." Edward shot her a disgusted look. "Ivy...why?"

"Why do you care?" She retorted. "You act as if you own me or something." She could feel Edward's burning stare and judgmental eyes, but he bit his tongue. He felt his stare on her lips.

Before Ivy could say anything else, a pair of pale, strong arms shoved her through the door, causing the hinges to come off. Ivy felt the pain of the impact.

Bella growled fiercely at her. The others were right. Her newborn strength was unparalleled. Ivy blocked the punches from Bella. She wasn't fighting back.

"I've watch you slither your way in Edward's mind for too long!" Bella yelled in between the punches.

"What the hell are you talking about, Bella? I don't want Edward!" She found the strength to push Bella off of her as she backed away.

"Bella, stop!" Edward pleaded. The others ran outside to see the commotion. "Bella!"

Bella lunged at Ivy, causing both of them to tumble over. "Bella, I don't want to use my powers on you!" Ivy warned, still trying to fend the clawing newborn off of her.

"Why don't you just go away?" Bella kept insulting her. It was the years of insecurity and jealousy. In reality, Ivy didn't ever assume in her life that there would be a thing between her and Edward. Edward, reading her mind, frowned. He knew he caused this scuffle between them. He could only do so much as he flew into a tree after being pushed away by Bella. Nobody could restrain her.

Ivy could feel her strength declining as her legs began to tremble.

"Go to sleep." She ordered, as soon as those words left her lips, Bella went limp on top of her. Ivy peeled her off, gasping. Everyone went to Bella's aid, checking to see if she was okay. Edward stood still, unable to move.

"What the hell happened to her? She's fucking psycho!" Ivy cursed as she stumbled in fatigue from using her powers. Her arm fell limp, Bella had dislocated it. With one swift movement, Ivy cracked her arm back into place. She winced in pain and cursed.

Bella had long been suspecting there was something between Edward and Ivy.

"She thinks we're...She thinks we've got feelings for each other, Ivy."

Ivy furrowed her brows at him in disbelief, "What?"

Edward knew deep down it was one-sided. Ivy didn't reciprocate this obsession he had with her. She didn't even know he was stalking her. He suspected it to be one thing. He didn't care about her like this until after she turned. It could be her Alpha powers.

It is said that Alpha vampires are like Sirens, they draw you in somehow.

Bella started to wake up, Ivy shook her head. "Even as vampires. You're still trying to compete with me. I thought you were my friend, Bella." Ivy scoffed. "So much for good restraint."

Ivy didn't speak to Bella or Edward for the next few days. She just kept disappearing and always came back late at night. She didn't feel wanted by the Cullens. She always felt like a ticking time bomb that everyone was afraid of, no matter how gentle or passive she tried to be. Bella attacked her, yet they all went to check up on her instead of Ivy.

On top of all of that, she still felt like she couldn't breathe in the Cullens' home.
